I am in medical field service, some weeks are crazy, while others are waiting for the pager to go off. On average, approximately 10 to 12 billable hours/day..... or about the same as you. But I spend significantly more time than that in the office, and I'm generally there on weekends too, all day Saturday and 1/2 day Sundays. I love my work.
