Labs and Goldens are wonderful dogs. Not the brightest crayons in the box, but super nice dogs. Like that Golden pup that "took a bullet" for its owner by getting bit by a rattler. The pup dinna have the sense to stay away from it. It was lucky to live and learn. My back is torched today. I was having trouble standing last night. Heavy meds today. I can rest on my laurels, though. I was busy yesterday. Good day for it. An early AM thunderpopper got me up. Was just laying there anyway. so, I'm having "iced" coffee @mangofirst. Ugandan Pulled some chicken from the freezer to make into spaghetti. All wrapped in tin foil... Not chicken... We have a change in the menu! ... it was beef. Well sorta. I slivered it and made my sauce anyway.

The hood of my `73 Charger was BIG. That stuff unrolled like tin foil. At an Outlaws concert in 80 something we made one so big, put three rows of that stuff together about two feet long... took a whole ounce it was as big around as a 2" dowel rod. There are pictures of me and others that somebody, somewhere has because it was like a Dead concert that night at the top of the lot.

Agreed, have my eye on a pair of Khorns but I'm soooo tight for space here now. The history of the LaScala is another very interesting conversation that can be had here. To be short, it was a purpose built PA speaker in original and following model rom the original, with some variance in the preo version(s). Apparently it served it's purpose well and remains what it is and was, either a very good PA speaker and one pressed willingly into service as a musical reproduction speaker. Physics as it turns out from my research of the bass, remain a function of size as to it's lowest frequency range or bass response. Once again, I defer to others for elaboration.
