  1. Thank you, that really means a lot to me, because that’s what I was going for. I wanted them to look like they were built in 1978 as Style B, except I did want removable grills and thought they’d look better with matching wood veneer around the top horns with their grills off too, but with their grills on I wanted them to look as close to 1978 factory Style B as I could do them.
  2. Has anyone compared Dave’s A's SMAHL V2™ or any of Dave’s tweeters to Crites CT120 and if so how did they compare? I thought I’d read here using the search function that some at a gathering compared one of Dave’s tweeters to Crites a few years ago, but I can’t find it again. I don’t remember which model of Dave’s tweeters it was then, but I think it was Crites CT120. I’m curious, because they use the same drivers, but different horns though they are closely the same size, but different materials.
  3. Great job! They look beautiful. I’m sure they sound amazing. Congratulations. Enjoy.
  4. I think they look good. There’s only so much you can do with them. Cloth cover options for the top high horn may help with looks, just around the horn’s outer edges, so you can still see the top veneer.
  5. Fantastic. Congratulations. They look great. Enjoy.
  6. I haven’t listened to FM for years. I miss the good FM of the 1970 decade.

  14. I noticed the photos come up more clearer when you tap on the thread’s posts photos and then they come up again in another window. They come up slightly smaller, but more clearer with more fine detail.
