I have 3 matching towers in the front--I bought a 42" TV that was too big for my table.
I took my tower--that I've been using for a center and laid it on it's side.
The TV sits perfectly on it and looks great---Sounds great also.
I haven't bought a dam thing---hahahaha.
Screw em--I'm not falling for their little trap.
Didn't do the Cyber Monday thing either.
I don't need nothing they have.
2006-Honda CRV
135K with regular oil change and transmission fluid change.
Runs like Brand New-Last of the second generation and a keeper.
Paid for--best kind to own.
Probably not--in some cases you'll probably blow up your speakers.
I wouldn't advise it until you find out what you're doing.
You sound like you don't have very much experience with audio equipment.
I see you have many post--kinda a strange question from someone who is Not a Newbee.
I love my Klipsch and have loved other speakers I've had.
I've never thought of any loudspeakers as---"SEXY"
I keep reading where people say their speakers are "sexy"...
Really? When I think sexy--I'm not thinking of speakers.
At this time--being old and disabled--
I'm thankful to be Alive--Glad when I wake up every morning.
I don't have much but do have all I need--People who Love Me
and that Love is Returned.
Glad to have a roof over my head and food on the table.
Having these things are all one person--like me needs.
When "Bi-amping" from an AVR--it reduces the total power to all speakers.
It could reduce overall power to all speakers from 20 to 40% or more of the rated
output of the AVR. When using Very High Sensitivity Speakers like a Klipsch
it is really not very beneficial to bi amp.
You'll get better performance by using the jumpers on the speaker and using
one set of wires and letting the AVR deliver more power to those speakers.
Since I own one of the "Lower Lines"--the despicable Synergy F-20--I can speak to the harsh tweeter issue.
I think it depends on the related equipment you play the speakers on--but my speakers DO NOT have a harsh tweeter at all.
They sound pretty good but could be better because the GUTS--the un-named electric parts inside--SUCK.
That's why I'm having my GUTS redone---I'm expecting them to sound even better when I get my new and
Improved Guts back. Too bad Klipsch took a System like this and used 5 dollar parts for the guts--they
have real potential for sounding very good--I'll keep the forum posted after my mods are done.
I don't know if Klipsch used the same cheap parts in the Best Buy Line.
For a small LED flashlight--I bought 5 from Tractor Supply Company for 3 dollars each.
They have an aluminum body and man are they nice around the house.
They actually are better than my large 3 bulb LED lights.
These have 9 small LED's and take 3 AAA Batteries.
They fit nicely in the glove box too.
