seti
I know Barbarella has already been posted but she could be queen of the space chicks. The best open credits for a movie ever. If you haven't seen it do it now.
thebes
Mung: I would suspect "exploitative" would have been thrown out there by now, at least from someone's SWMBO behind the scenes... But I argued to my wife that the art and casting inherent in the genre was not my fault. She asked why did we not post the "good looking guys". Now that, unfortunately for her, was a trap out of which should could not escape. I blamed it on Thebes and the title given - "Space Chicks"; AND told her that at least all of the babes had some sort of clothing..... Ever sleep in the garage? So now I'm the Forum fall guy huh? Every time the little lady gets out the frying pan you just say "but Thebes did it". That's Ok, I've got big shoulders and I'm prepared to take the hit. However, you did forget to reminder her that just last week I was objectifying men in my Amy thread, with calander hunks and everything. I think it's a communication problem. And, if you are out at the end of the galaxy and you need to communicate with someone, while I've got just the person for you:
Islander
Lady Gaga thinks she's fashion's leading edge by going without pants, but the Star Trek crew women were doing it back in 1968. Well, it was supposed to be the 22nd century, but even so...
Saturn5
Lady Gaga thinks she's fashion's leading edge by going without pants, but the Star Trek crew women were doing it back in 1968. Well, it was supposed to be the 22nd century, but even so... What else would a woman wear in a 60's vision of the 22nd century but a miniskirt and gogo boots? Groomlakearea51
Flash is barking up the wrong tree IMHO. Why have a "Maid Marian" from Robin Hood look-a-like when Ming's daughter clearly is the way to go....
Groomlakearea51
So far it's been outer space chicks.... well.... since Flash did not confine himself to just outer space but also "inner" space, may be we can segue into the whole mermaid thing - "innner space - fish chicks"? http://www.allmoviephoto.com/photo/1980_flash_gordon_wallpaper_001_big.html' target="_blank">

stormin
Ah yes! V'ger babe!!! Kirstie Alley has certainly increased in "stature" since that movie. The V'ger babe(llia) was Persis Khambatta. Kirstie Alley played Lt. Saavik in Star Trek II.
