SuBXeRo Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Ok not for nothing, i didnt know what was instore for me when I went to go pickup my package at fedex. I thought it was odd that they said a gentleman would meet me outfront with my package but when I saw it, my jaw dropped. I knew it was about an 85-90lb package but the sheer size of the box and the weight of the amp well....these pictures tell the tale. For some reason the forum picture controls arent working, i dunno why, but the links below will take you to the pics! www.leaseazcommercial.com/pics/emotiva1.jpgwww.leaseazcommercial.com/pics/emotiva2.jpgwww.leaseazcommercial.com/pics/emotiva3.jpg Quote
liebherr954 Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 congratulation! That amp is huge!Have you hooked it up yet, how does it sound? Quote
SuBXeRo Posted August 17, 2010 Author Posted August 17, 2010 I have had the amp for about 2.5 - 3 weeks. The amp definitly has a lot of power, i cant crank it unfortuntaely...apartment life forbodes it, especially when u live above someone. The sound is clean, clear and crisp but i also attribute that to klipsch being an awesomely engineered product. Quote
wuzzzer Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Nice! I'm absolutely loving the Emotiva gear I own. Quote
Moderators Youthman Posted August 17, 2010 Moderators Posted August 17, 2010 That's too funny. I was the same way when I bought my Parasound Amp. They are beasts for sure. Quote
TxEvo8 Posted August 18, 2010 Posted August 18, 2010 I was surprised at how deep the unit is, it sticks out of the back of my stand.. Congrats on the purchase!! Quote
Moderators dtel Posted August 18, 2010 Moderators Posted August 18, 2010 Congratulations......now what that address ? [] That is a big box, next time take a pic of the open box or just the amp out in the open, at 90 pounds it's probably tough to move around. Quote
CECAA850 Posted August 18, 2010 Posted August 18, 2010 I've got some amp boxes I can take some pics of if anyone is interested. Quote
