Koa Jube Clones even better than expected....

....aesthetically speaking at this point of course. Still a bit to do before I heat 'em up.

Just putting the finishing touches on my 3-way Jube clones and wanted to share a few pics. Not wired yet so I do not know how they sound but will soon. Will post a review before and after tweaking the xo's, etc. I am also still working on covering all the removable grille frames.

As soon as I have the time, I will do a complete build thread with pictures.

Man, are these things beastly! Did not figure they would look this large and imposing once complete. Built them entirely out of 19mm Baltic Birch and my guess is they weigh in somewhere in the area of 350-400 lbs.

Hope you guys approve.

Look outstanding!! How do they sound?

Well, believe it or not JBSL, I don't know yet. Waiting for the doghouse damping material to come in so I can seal it. Could not find the 1" foam that the factory uses here locally. Should heatem' up by this weekend.

Incredible! Beautiful! Great job!

Love to have more technical details on the tops when you are ready. The TAD driver and JBL tweeters look awesome.

What are you doing for a crossover?
