JohnJ
We are getting a cold snap. Looks like we topped out at 42 and it's been raining non stop. I'm in my thick flannel shirt that's actually polyester fuzz... and it's got me warmed up.
Dave1291
Looks like another week of garbage up this way. Snow/rain/whatever. Coffee's good. Susan Tedeschi spinnin and got up at noon. Gained an hour somehow. So do I move clocks ahead or let em go and "think" every time I look at one til fall??? THAT'S what I wanna know! 1
JohnJ
When clocks didn't change themselves and you had to wind them up! And the alarms were LOUD! Forgot to change `em once or twice and got laughed at a few times that day or showed up way early. 2 1
Dave1291
Yea, thought about changing the alarm clock about 4 when I crashed. I saw 11 then realized it was noon. Yea, ok. Another day in paradise. 😂 3

grasshopper
I have spent the most of my life in 2 states that don't DST. ......... there is no logic that explains the need for it, in my eyes. 3
Invidiosulus
It’s been raining all day with temps in the low 30’s. The orchard up on the BRP is covered in a thick glaze of ice. I only saw one tree that had any buds out so I think the Apple crop should still be okay.

I was gifted a trampoline...Been busy converting the frame to a greenhouse/lattice house. As much as jumping on it is appealing ... the thought of broken bones dissuaded me. I've learned that when I have an inclination to "think about this" means Don't Do It! My hand/eye coordination has never been good. Ball sports are no good for me...that's why I took up bowling, beekeeping, that kind of stuff...
Invidiosulus
The neighbors got a trampoline a year or so back. Between my five kids and their four youngest that are still at home, we haven’t had any broken bones so far. no beekeeping though, number one daughter is deathly allergic.
grasshopper
My wife seems to be sensitive to .... well... pretty much all stings. That is easier than listing what I know she's sensitive to... was laughing at myself [I'm easily entertained] we have beef, venison, chicken, fish and shrimp in the freezer. I went to the store because I wanted a hot dog
