Vinyl - Record Spinning

Full Range

Recommended Posts

While working today at a client’s office I see the staff every day

A stunningly beautiful girl called out my name to get my attention just to show me that she was wearing boots designed in the 60s

She nailed the look of that era 10/10

On top of all that her name is Bella ❤️

It prompted me upon my return to home to put on and spin

One of the greatest bands to come from Los Angeles

Artist - The Doors

Following up on my last spin

And as a side note - Rooms for $2.50 US is a good deal in the current rental crisis

To put that in perspective with inflation

$2.50 in 1970 is worth $19.55 today 2023

Artist - The Doors

Title - Morrison Hotel

Full Moon Fever is the debut solo studio album by Tom Petty, released on April 24, 1989, by MCA Records.  The record shows Petty exploring his musical roots with nods to his influences.[4]

You realize I should be putting albums away instead of sitting here jammin?  A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.  :)

Are You Experienced is the debut studio album by the Jimi Hendrix Experience. Released in 1967, the LP was an immediate critical and commercial success, and it is widely regarded as one of the greatest albums of all time. The album features Jimi Hendrix's innovative approach to songwriting and electric guitar playing which soon established a new direction in psychedelic and hard rock music.

That's not a turntable, but a drone...

Michael Fremer should retire... Oops, he did that already...

Michael must still live in a salary friendly, alternative universe, btw... Here's his review of a 'budget priced' ($1950) tonearm.

That poster and pass framed looks real good

The pass was just a piece of paper to keep the cops at bay back in the day.  No retina scan back then.  EVERY cop on the planet wanted to be the one to bust Jimi Hendrix.  THAT was funny watching in itself.  He always kept it simple.  Family first with him and he loved to remind them of that @ shows.  "You arrest him I don't play AND I'm gonna walk right out there and tell everyone WHY I'm not playing.  They'll destroy this place."  Simple man with a very simple life. who had a very large family who would do anything for him.   His "cult" is ANOTHER story.  lol  You didn't drink the Kool Aid.  That life began when you dropped the needle and experienced his love for humanity.     :)

This dropped today from EC.  More info under the song in youtube.

Killer!  Take a chance on a 7" single or deny and pray there's an album drop soon after.  Think I'll go into cya mode so I'll  have it.  LP drops it's just another one.
