MAN you guys listen to some weird stuff!

At least I've heard of Tubular Bells and finally, some classical music from Night on Bald Mountain.  There are still a couple of big ones we haven't heard from yet.  I thought @teaman would have weighed in with my prediction for the #1 best tune by arguably the all-time best group.

I guess I'm too plain jane and boring.  I'm surprised nobody has posted THIS yet.  This is a well done live version.  Any other favorite versions?

Probably.  And don't be surprised that real men don't listen to Elton john.   BTW, do you still have the ignore button on?

You say you've heard of Tubular Bells.  It is the theme from the movie The Exorcist.  It has to be in the top five of most scary movies of all time.

I don't like scary movies.  I used to hate those old black and white Dracula and zombie movies like Night of the Living Dead when I was a kid, they scared me to death.  And the Twilight Zone wasn't much better, I hated it too.

There was one Twilight Zone episode where the TV was sitting on a TV stand with legs  and either was an alien or was taken over by an alien intelligence, something like that and at night the darn thing had legs and would walk around.  Our B&W TV looked like that one.  I used to scream at night with nightmares over that one.  I wouldn't be alone in the same room with the TV after that.

I do remember Tubular Bells from the movie The Exorcist, we had the soundtrack on LP.  Good music.  :emotion-21:

Can anybody name their top 5 scariest movies?

I didn't like Damien from The Omen (1976), and The Omen II (1978).  Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho (1960) and The Birds (1963) were pretty rough on me, with Dracula (1931) being the worst because it traumatized me when I was a kid seeing it on TV when I was probably five or six.

Why did our parents make us watch that scary crap?  :ph34r2:

I love these guys...... You're making me miss that Rockabilly at the Canes Ballroom!!!!

They are a fantastic band. Can't believe they don't get more love. So much fun live. I've seen them probably 4-5 times how about you? Really good musicians that don't take themselves too seriously. How can you not like a band that has a song called My Neighbor Burns Trash? All of their surf inspired music is killer too. I've really been loving this Nirvana/Pink Floyd combined cover lately....check it out
