DizRotus
My wife deleted, apparently, voicemails from her recently deceased mother. Is there a way to recover them from the memory card in her Samsung Galaxy phone? There were references by @Edgar and @Marvel, in a 2013 thread about a Speakerlab SK build, to Recovery Card. Any suggestions are welcomed. It would mean a lot to me to enable my wife to hear her mother’s voicemail messages.

The chances decrease if the phone is powered on / used at all.
Ceptorman
I would contact a local tech company. I've heard most if not all typed messages, emails, and texts can be recovered, maybe voice messages can be recovered also. My iPhone 10 has a "recover" deleted messages button that will recover them for a certain amount of days.
Marvel
What carrier is the phone tied to? Verizon, AT&T, etc.? Those are not usually stored on the phone but on the carriers system. She should contact them immediately to see if they can recover them. Be advised, they may not do it because of privacy regulations, but I would try that asap. We were able to save one message from 3/9/20 saved on the phone. I’m hoping some older “deleted” messages remain hidden on the phone’s memory card.
