michael hurd
Here is a fresh picture for all you people enjoying the heat, wearing shorts and saying it is balmy outside. This taken about 15 minutes ago, out the window facing the street.

Not looking forward to another long endless season of winter..... Ranjith
customsteve01
Michael, Send that stuff on down to us, I for one am ready for winter to start. I'm getting tierd of of this warm fall weather dragging out. I haven't even had to wear a coat yet. Just make sure that you send enough to ski on, I know Skonopa will like that, I bet he already has his skis waxed. Steve
michael hurd
This is actually abnormal to have this little snow here, normally at this time of year, we have a foot already. Almost without fail, we have had at least a few inches of snow before haloween, this year nothing. We had rain last week for crying out loud! Piranha
Snow? No thanks. I'll take our current 80 degrees during the day, and 55 at night anytime.

djk
Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Wore a short sleeve shirt yesterday, today it looks like your photo. Been raining for a couple of days now, temp dropped 50+ degrees this afternoon, and the wind is really howling, mid-February type weather. Speedball
Nice picture.... Here on the southside of Indy it's about 37 degrees outside and yesterday we had a lot of rain. Michael, keep that white stuff up north if you will this year.
colterphoto1
that's kind of purty Michael. Thanks We don't have the leaves cleaned here and I still need to get the boat winterized. Hope it holds off a couple of weeks. Michael C.
picky
Michael Hurd: It was 63 degrees here in Detroit at 11 PM last night!!! Then, the winds started and we're at 42 this morning. The flurries are expected here sometime this afternoon and evening and the low in Detroit tonight is supposed to be 27. I know we've had it good for far too long but, holy crap! This is like culture shock! As you said, I'd better put my shorts away! Piranha: Bite me! []

sputnik
We had our first snow of the season over a month ago here - heavy wet stuff. A few storms since. I still can't bring myself to fire up the snowblower yet. Took this pic of a hawk in the back yard last week.

Speedball
You better hurry Michael, it is snowing lightly downtown today. I don't know if it applies to you but if your gutters have leaves in them walk around the roof and blow them out with a leaf blower.
colterphoto1
WOW, the temp really dropped in INDY today, we're due for 19 tonight and snow flurries are happening right NOW! D'ya think I'd better get the boat winterized? Anti freeze going in, fog cylinders, battery to garage. Then finish up the leaves and put the Sta-bil in the Exmark mower. Lots of toys=lots of maintenance. Getting the Christmas music out tonight, why not? I can't fight Walmart! Michael
