Coytee
I want Jubilees now! There ya go girl... and you can then get rid of the false corners. Don't know what you'll do about your tweeter issues though. Grainger (from AudioKarma) was over this past weekend. He's an electrical engineer and as particular about his sound as any here might be (did I just call some people retentive? [:#]) He came over looking SPECIFICALLY to hear the proper "ting" (my word) when a stick hits a tophat. He left with a smile on his face. Offer to listen is still there. You can come here & listen to mine then drive over to hear Rigma's. He's only 90/120 minutes away from me. (nice of me to offer his up for an audition huh?!! [:$])
meagain
Coytee - IDK about all that, but I'll be looking forward to seeing a thread of you prettying up your Jubilees like Rigma. Have you shown your wife the 'pretty version'?
Coytee
She doesn't want to have anything pretty in there clash with her decor. Having these in there as plug ugly assures a distinct line between HER decorations and MY decorations!! [*-)]
meagain
LOL! That actually makes sense to me. []
rigma
With first coat of sealer. It really brought out the contrast in the grain. The pic doesn't look as good as they do in person.

seti
The pair. That is just stunning! BRAVO Do you plan on using any grill cloth on the LF or HF?
rigma
The pair. That is just stunning! BRAVO Do you plan on using any grill cloth on the LF or HF? Yes, the bass bins will get cloth(duracrest) in the next few days. I think I have come up with a neat way to do that and will post pics to show the process. The 402 will follow, maybe in a couple weeks. We want to get them in the room then evaluate some options for the 402 once they are in place. rigma
