DrWho
With capable subwoofage, I'd imagine that the Pals would sound better than the RF-7's???
travis-g
WOW I DONT KNOW IF THEY OUT DO MY 7'S I WILL BE SHOCKED I GUESS WE WILL SEE
jacksonbart
I was gonna ask you about the white gloves..... cause well....., glad they came in the packaging for your sake/sack. Anywho, a seperate two channel system with a nice seperate pre amp and amp would be the best bet. Let those puppies sing a bit.
BLSamuel
Enjoy! Those are gorgeous as are the floors. The white gloves are a nice touch - adds to the there's something special in this box.
BuyOtherSoundEquipment
How many ways can I express.... *JEALOUSY* ?!?!?!? Nice choice on the finish, I might add. As for usage, I definitely vote that they get showcased in their own two-channel set up, either with some sweet tubeage or a nice SS. I'm willing to bet they will sound otherworldy on just about anything.
IndyKlipschFan
IMO, maybe a big waste at side surrounds.. Copied from above..."I definitely vote that they get showcased in their own two-channel setup, either with some sweet tube "age" or a nice SS. I'm willing to betthey will sound other worldy on" Then I added... LIKE ON YOUR SUNFIRE AMP!! Please, please, please use them as a great 2 channel set up! They are amazing wonderful speakers.... As the advice giver to his best friend sais.... As he looks down to the floor... wiggles his foot as he drags it across the floor a little while thinking.....almost giving a awe shucks look body wise.... "Do as you must... They are your speakers... But I hope you appreciate and enjoy what you have been blessed with."
oldbuckster
When I see gloves like that, I worry, when you're older you'll understand !!!!! ........... Congrats on the speakers, Enjoy !!!!!!!
Coytee
Beautiful speakers indeed!! You'll have to give the report card on their sound soon.
Deang
Wow Travis, really cool. Man, don't use those as surrounds -- you really need to use them as the foundation for a sweet two channel system. What Who says is true too -- if you have good subbage, you really might consider trying them in place of your RF-7's. I would at least try it, I mean -- I would. Moderators Amy Posted July 17, 2008 Moderators Share Posted July 17, 2008 Thanks for sharing these, Travis! Tell Melody that not only are the floors gorgeous, but I love the color choices for your walls. Stunning decor all around! She must have great taste [] (and yes, my vote is also for 2-channel system, please!)
BobRiff
Congrats, Travis. Definitely 2 channel. That's what I did with my Jubes. []

Beesley
I'm really curious to know how they compare to your RF-7s, they are very good lookers. Klipsch "A Legend in Sound...and Carpentry"
damonrpayne
I'm jealous too. I plan on eventually using those for my 7.1/rear surrounds
travis-g
I'm going to redo all of my speaker cables and thinkig of using Belden 10 guage from blue jean cables anyone ever use this wire or have any other suggestions
Moderators Amy Posted July 17, 2008 Moderators Share Posted July 17, 2008 I know our support guys rarely recommend anything larger than 14 guage up to 80 feet. Anything else is overkill. We do not have any brand preference.
jamesV
I'm going to redo all of my speaker cables and thinkig of using Belden 10 guage from blue jean cables anyone ever use this wire or have any other suggestions Travis, I currently have 12 ga. wire from both Blue Jeans and Monoprice, here is Monoprice http://www.monoprice.com/products/subdepartment.asp?c_id=102&cp_id=10239. I have to say that both work great and after all wire is wire. James
