Sometimes I mix ketchup with a little BBQ sauce, adds a zest to the flavor. It's good on a cheeseburger!

I would add mustard. Once in a great while will I use ketchup on FrenchFries. I prefer malt vinegar. The wife's influence. She spent a few years in the UK.

Morning gang.... Still not 100%, but feeling better...... My grandson stayed home with The BOSS yesterday and I rolled into the shop just for a few hours. I slept in till 9:30 this morning. I think this is the sickest I've been in my life. I am still unable to think clear..... Anyway I do feel better and hopefully by the end of the week I'll be good. Got some new toys, first pair made in natural cherry. Also got a spare set of lambswool grills with 70th anniversary logos. Listening to Ryan Adams right now, they're warmer than I expected, and drums are very nice.

Got two copies of that one! Actually right now, two copies of Discipline also. That 40th edition on cd sounds funny to me, like it's been stepped on one too many times. So the perfect pair sounds so full and clean and perfect IT'S VINYL! compared to that cassette I've had for too long.

Unless they said it was Ted Nugent....

That stinks. Very hard to not end up with some duds. Most sellers are close but overstate some just don't look at all. More often than not you get your money back but still a PITA

the last time I thought I was going to work/stay up there, it snowed mid April. I packed my truck and pulled a "No mas" The crappy weather does make for contrast when spring finally does settle in. Sometime toward the end of May @Ceptorman about anything you add to ketchup will improve it

Perhaps the cord is sending electricity generated inside the tent out to the grid. Did you consider that possibility?

Nobody asked for a Winnebago? on a more serious I have noticed they tend to go away from the ocean when presented. That like walking away from the grocery store.

Well after many years I decided to get a little more updated camera body. My old Nikon D80 is still working 100% but is really far behind anything in the last 5 years so it's time. I did not want to go crazy with this change so I am getting another model from the past but it will still be a good improvement, a D 7100 which is a little more modern. I checked out models further up the line and didn't really see much that would help what I like to do unless I went a good ways further. I almost always use manual anyway (when I have the time) but I do like the convenience of auto focus on most things. It should be here here in a couple of days, got a good deal on one in excellent + condition from a very reputable place at a good price with a 2 year warranty. That model is not for sale new anymore with a Nikon warranty and the latter models didn't add what I thought was a benefit for me, and I like the spec's on this model . The old body will be a spare, I did not want to go full frame and have to get all new lenses, well I did but have to many other projects to think about that right now. I am hoping this change will get me excited about pictures again after 40 years, for a good while it's mostly has just been when we went somewhere or the rare occasion I would just get in the mood and walk around looking for something to get a pic of. I have always liked taking pics but have slowed down compared to the past and I do miss it. Although it's not as much about the camera as it is about the ideas behind the pic. But I am excited just because of the change and this will help.

Funny thing about that, basically I needed to get K-horns or La Scalas, but my jubilees were taking up the two good corners. I would have picked K-horns otherwise but I would have had to ditch the jubes. I went through an existential crisis there for a few days.

Don't give'em any more insane ideas! I could not live in my current home without: either a: A weed killer like round up or b: $100-200K worth of landscaping and $5k a month to water it. California is almost banned in California, nothing would surprise me. And no Oldtimer it should not go into a water supply or ponds/streams, and no bathing or drinking it. But all of this is on the California warning label. You can but it might be illegal ? But the ground shakes for free pretty regularly. I couldn't afford to live there, or want to at those prices. Watching one of those shows where people were look at houses in different neighborhoods in California was kind of shocking. 150K -200K will buy you a shack in a bad neighborhood if your lucky in most areas.
