Not sure I understand what is going on here... I understand artifacts but what is happening with this unit to make the source better?

I was looking for a copy of overlapped response graphs of the CT-125 and the K77 but could not track it down. Here is a measured response of the CT-125 in a Cornwall. I can assure you that the CT-125 is a much better driver than the K77,being smoother and more extended (the horns lens is identical but for a phase plug). I dropped a set of the CT-125 into my old Heresy and was delighted with the upgrade. Best regards Moray James. this makes a lot of sense... thanks I guess the point I was making was that it's not a significant upgrade in terms of a night and day difference to the existing k77. there are measurable differences, but those differences are not always audible or significantly audible.

The complete tweeter assembly (with horn) is part # 128021 ….. DE-75-8P COMPRESSION ….. 517.50 (plus shipping and tax). The horn only is part # 131027 ……. K-510 HORN ONLY …….. 65.00 ea (plus shipping and tax). ???

I've contacted two dealers... one in canada... and I can not find someone that will sell me 510 lens, or 402 lens. I either get the run around saying, "you need to contact a distributor in amerca" or I get the "I can not find the part number/that part number is not on our price list" excuse.

I found the 125's only marginally more sizzling than the original driver. Not enough to call it an upgrade... more akin to a refresh with very slight improvement. I guess it does extend slightly higher.
