Dilution and good vinegar is best though as, full strength is not good. Trying Keybiotics as of 9 days ago, and felt better immediately. All of those antibiotics last year had me out of balance. If a body has a couple or 3 or more symptoms video describes, may be worth it for some. I had more than 4 or more. Skeptical, I was. Warning video a bit long. Must be very nice and cold country to live in. Iowa am sure is the same. Made it north as Kansas and Vermont, and glad you are able to grill this time of year.
