RRR
Tried making a Bloody Mary last night with some cheap Brandy i had laying around, man was it bad. I drank it though, nothing else in the house. Hit like a ton of bricks and made my mouth pucker , aftertaste was all Zing Zang and not too bad. Don't try this at home, get some Vodka and do it right.
RRR
Yeah I'm back from the dentist too. Root canal Taking two Motrin and two Tylenol for pain per docs orders. Numbness gone by 2:30.....procedure at 9:30. Iv opted for my first "Implant" @ $7 bones, for just one tooth, reasonable I think. I'm in the same shape, they want $900 and don't have it. Probably just have it pulled but hate to as I'm getting very low on teeth.

Care Credit is a health credit card really good for Vet work on critters, but a lot of Doc's accept this now. They bill me $25 a month + or -, and I pay a hundred. BigStewMan
I get to be in the 1% sorry people were protesting you last year; but, Uncle Bernie says you’re going to pay for college tuition and lunches. Thanks.

Buy another place and default on it...presto, the two negatives are now a positive credit score. i feel for you...i lost my house in a divorce several years ago.

MORE KLIPSCH PLEASE
Evening gang..... Been a couple days since I posted....not really busy...but just doing a bunch of shitt...you guys know what it's like.. Man the teeth thing......six/seven years ago me and the BOSS had some real bad shitt go down with our teeth.....- No we weren't smoking crack- .... But I really think it had to do with stress. It was the time we were have major problems with our eldest daughter. When she really went crazy with the heroin addiction. Man it was bad, we still had two kids living with us and we had to take on our granddaughter full time. Then the eldest just fell off the face of the map for those few years... The BOSS was crushed and the word "stressed" is a understatement... Well anyway we put over 10k in our mouth in just over a year. We both had several root canal's and extractions... we were a mess. And I tell ya I'm a nut when it come to teeth hygiene... I floss most days and brush my teeth three/four time a day at the shop... and I really don't eat junk.. Well we seem to be good for now.. haven't had any problems in a few years.. Was kinda a slow day at the shop today... our youngest daughter came by... yea she's the one in the LaScala bass bin....the BOSS helped her with her taxes. While she was there I thought it would be good to change her oil in her 99 Civic.. wasn't quite due but hey she's here now. Her Civic is now pushing over 326K ..... This has been a great little car for her. We got it from a customer a few years ago when it had 306 on it.. I have been working on this car since it had about 80k on it.... So when they were getting a new car they asked me what I would give em for it... I said how about $500 and they said sure...then they asked if they could have that in "shop credit"? .... well yea...sure... A few months before they sold me the car they put a new set of Michelin's on it... and I knew this car inside-out.. It's been a good little ride for her.....but over the last few months it's been loosing coolant... not a leak... it's just using it... might be the start of a head gasket... oh well... it's gonna do what it's gonna do.... Check in with you guys later.... MKP :-) Edited February 17, 2016 by MORE KLIPSCH PLEASE

I too live in chronic pain; but, am still able to work (four herniated disks and arthritis in neck & hip). The herniated disks in my neck cause me a great deal of discomfort. One wrong move and i’m in pain for a long while. May i suggest reading the marijuana thread.
RRR
I think it is Crystal meth made a certain way that causes tooth loss. Hard drugs are not my thing, back in high school i did some experimentation but now i just smoke MJ and drink once and a while. Not messed up enough to collect disability but not really able to support myself. At least i can still work at my own pace working out of the house, breaks and short work days when needed makes things tolerable.

Well I don't have bad credit, I just have no credit which is just as bad. A very long time ago we decided to get away from the credit thing, and large house and car notes. We ended up with a debit card because you have to have some kind of card for some things. I would have great credit if I owed everyone but paid everything on time, I would rather not owe and just use cash.
Moderators dtel Posted February 17, 2016 Moderators Share Posted February 17, 2016 (edited) Since this thread is about cables I wanted to show what I found out. Out in the bar I use a car radio to power some Heresy's, mainly because I was worried about dampness being outside even being under a roof. The radio does have pre-outs so I use a Crown D-75 and not the radio's amps, it's sounds good out there. It is a Pioneer super tuner lll, it has a 3.5mm input for a male headphone plug so you can play Pandora or whatever you want from a phone or anything with a headphone output. But one the youngest grand kids got to the wire and was moving it around and then one speaker was working off and on. So I started looking at different ways to connect since it has a usb input also. The usb input would not work but I did find out that on the back of the radio is a 12 prong connection which they sell an adapter for which converts it to the 3.5mm jack. I got lucky, I thought I was going to have to buy a new faceplate for the radio or something different to use altogether. They call it a a IP-BUS input adapter and just plugs into the read of the radio, I never heard of it but for $6.99 it saved the day and it works great. Also ordered a new 20' 3.5 mm cable to run to where ever needed around the bar from Monoprice. The cable is really thick and 20' long and was $4.39, unbelievably cheap for a cable made this well, I don't know how they do it at these prices?
