Ceptorman
If you're local, walk slow, there's still over 6 days left on auction
Sancho Panza
I could do those some good.
ryanm84
I would like to get my hands on those. I would re-veneer though. Great price if someone can snag (in 6 days)!
finallygotmyheresies
If you're local, walk slow, there's still over 6 days left on auction If you are local and interested I would contact the seller and offer a reasonable amount for him/her to end the auction early. $50 should get them if they are a reasonable seller. Empty cabs are just gravy left over from part outs
jimjimbo
I would dip them in a giant vat of Bondo, then spray paint with multiple cans of RustOleum flat taupe.
wvu80
I bet a lot of you guys look at those empty shells and see nothing but potential.
Schu
Oh nice... I wish it was closer maybe I will just bid it up even though I have no plan to go to IN Edited April 8, 2015 by Schu
angusruler
I too wish these were closer. the wife is very happy where they are......she likes our cw's and chorus II's, but doesn't like lascalas.
Ceptorman
Bidding is up to $61 with 4 days left. I'm thinking $100 is too much for these?
johnnydrama
What would it cost the stuff these with components? They are close and I need a project.
Sancho Panza
Anyone have a total for Crites' replacements?
finallygotmyheresies
What would it cost the stuff these with components? They are close and I need a project.Roughly $500 if you take your time and are able to jump on deals as they come up on the forum and EBay. K-400 being the most expensive pieces due to their size. Best case for these would be to find them locally.
Coytee
What would it cost the stuff these with components? They are close and I need a project. I'm not on my pc so I can't see them. To your point, (and me realizing they are empty cabinets).... if it were me, I'd nab them and stuff them with a k510 if I wanted them to be normal sized. If I had the space, I'd nab them and toss a k402 on top and shun the K400/K77 horns. Absolutely killer sound (subject to the bass limitations inherent to the LaScala) and very cost effective
Ceptorman
I placed a bid a few days ago, I thought I might go to $120 maybe a little more. But HOLY HECK, these are at $407!!! What are they actually worth? They're just cabinets and a beat up at that. I know sometimes people get caught up in a bidding war, but this seems crazy. About 2 hours left. mwells
Wow! I just thought I'd check this auction since I only work about 20 min from Ft Wayne. I didn't think these would go this high.
twistedcrankcammer
I live 1.5 hour away if anyone needs these picked up and shipped. In my opinion, these are WAY to expensive!!! I could have hauled a complete LaScala single in that shape for $100 and turned it down! I also bought a pair of Laquered Oak Klipschorns with Cane grills that were complete and in at least as good of condition Locally for $500 complete a couple of years back. Way to expensive for the Local market, I suspect he has a buddy running up the bid on eBay! Roger
