ricktate
They look very good to me......looks like if someone is wanting these the price seems fair. New ones are 6000 each now so used ones will go up won't they?? Why aren't they deserving to be in alert section?? I told my wife when I die and if they have to sell my 72s with all the stuff I have done to them for her to ask atleast 4500.
tigerwoodKhorns
He specifically says "no scam artists." We all know the unwrittten rule that all scam artists follow, if an ad says "no scam artists" they all stay away. $4500 is way too high, $2500 tops, maybe a little more if someone is local and can skip shipping and really wants them. Woofers and Tweeters
Anyone contact the seller to say they're worth more than the asking price?
mattSER
I've never heard K-horns, but seeing as a new pair is $12k, I think up to $3k would be fair.

The Khorn is more amazinger that I would have believed. I have been fortunate enough to have AB them to several other speakers. Nothing, except for the MCM1900, has dethroned them. luddite
Newbie speaking here. I am looking for a pair of Klipschorns. I see that newer Belles and La Scala II's sell for more. Why? If the khorns are the best, why don't they hold their value? AND, if anyone knows of a pristine pair near Memphis, I'm all ears.

bhenry
Why do you guys always bust people's nutsacks about pricing on the stuff they want to sell? Why shouldn't he try to get as much as he can for his speakers? I say more power to him. I drove to Indiana from Michigan AND paid $3500 for my Klipschorns and I have no regrets. ZEUS121996
The walnut finish doesn't look right to me, but as far as price goes, they can ask whatever they want. The market will decide if the price is fair Mark

It's always nice to hear from a satisfied buyer. If you want something, make the trip and buy the chit you want. OR, post an alert of the gear availability and let someone else make a potential play.
