What do you have to do to keep it down?

Visual Flight Rules...i.e., I have to really guess what amount of insulin to nuke it down with, big doses.  But when it starts down it will increase speed down by the minute.  That means I have to then "guess" the amount of sugar to dump on it to make a wheels up landing in the green zone of 90-125.  If I miss, I stay high...which I can live with, go round, and make another approach, or I deep dive and that gets dangerous down in the 30s or so.  This is the highest I've ever dealt with, but I am confident from experience with other highs I can get'er down safely.

Man, with a 3 run lead in the 8th, one of the best pitchers in and the best reliever waiting for a 4-out save, this one looked like it was in the bag for the Cubs.  They were exactly where they wanted to be.

Now I think the advantage goes to the Indians late in the game with nothing proved, 6-6 in the ninth.
