Shade
I'm a Scotch drinker, so 1 vote for Scotch. Usually drink 10yr Glenmorangie, or Glenlivet 12yr. Or for a more smokey scotch, a nice 10 yr Ardbeg. Still keep a good stock of other stuff for variety.

greg928gts
I had my first taste of whisky last night. I've never been interested in drinking alcohol. I had a rum and coke once and thought to myself that it was a good way to ruin a perfectly good glass of Coke. Very rarely I'll drink a beer, we're talking only a few in a year. But I tried the whisky because my friend made me. He said it was one of the best made. I was curious to know if drinking something so putrid tasting was for the taste that I obviously just don't get, or if it was for the buzz. He put a little water in with it and a few ice cubes. It went down smooth, but the aftertaste was just aweful. I thought the ice was made from stagnant water or something. He assured me that's how it's supposed to taste. "Like a moldy dish-rag", I said? I dont' know, I just don't get it. Part of me would like to be able to enjoy a little nip now and again in social settings. I guess I'll have to try a few different liquors. Stoli, shaken, up, one olive would be a good place to start. With vodka, it's not bitter and there's less hangover potential.

nuclearay
American Bourbon Its all good to me. From the cheapest Rebel Yell to the pricier Wild Turkey Rare Breed. Mmmmm. Bourbon is the only high proof stuff that doesn't punish me the next day. But I have to be careful, though, as I can start knocking it back like a cold beer on a hot day. Daddy Dee
Vodka is cheap, therefore more money for speakers. Vodka? Hooting Monkey. You think you can get by with that on the forum? For the next several years you need to put all your extra money in your speakers. Think what a fabulous system you'll have when you are 21!
