For dessert tonight I had a bowl of bran flakes with raisins added.

I'm on a lowfat/no-sugar, no starches diet.[:(]

I go to bed starving every night no matter how much healthy food I eat.

did you try tricking your stomach with lots of water?

Yup. Lots of water since I kicked the Dew habit. Problem is I have to get up in the middle of the night and it doesn't work anyway.

I added just a few starches back in my diet (very few!), kept the sugar intake to a minimum and my triglycerides jumped back over 200! My cholesteral was 185 with a good ratio though. This sucks! Back to NO starches again.[:'(]

Been out of town for a few days, ate to much food on vacation, time to take a break from overeating .

I wasn't going to be the one to bring this topic back to the top but, after someone else did my vote is for hardwood over carpet.
