oldtimer
Did you see the game? He knew he screwed up. He knew they had lost. Then the refs gave it all back. At the post game interview he acted like he had it all along. No humility. No thanking lucky stars. Without that victory he may well have washed up. We know it's true, but he will never admit it. It was a bogus rule to begin with. No respect from this quarter---ever.
oldtimer
NFL network did the 10 most memorable divisional playoff moments today. Out of the top five, I think four involved the Raiders. One of them was the tuck rule play. Of course the number one was the immaculate reception. The other two actually went in favor of the raiders. The point is we remember, we will never forget. Jeff Matthews
Mr. Tuck rule. What's the Dallas/Green Bay travesty to be called? "Football act?" What a freaking joke of a call. Edited January 11, 2015 by Jeff Matthews
oldtimer
Yes. The dark side Jeff. Don't let go. A raider fan wouldn't.
JL Sargent
If Dez Bryant doesn't reach for the TD he has that catch and Dallas likely wins the game. Instead he reaches, loses control, GB takes over on downs and wins. Crazy stuff. Even hobbled Aaron Rodgers is awesome.

oldtimer
Then go back and look at Brady's fumble which was reversed due to the "tuck rule." jeff you have posted many times how the law is the law. I speak to justice. Maybe you can see that now?

Ask Calvin Johnson how it feels. It doesn't seem right when viewed by a layperson, but the call was correct.

Jeff Matthews
The call was correct within the league rule as written. How so? Is there some other written rule, other than that which is cited in the article linked by Oldie?
oldtimer
The bottom line is that it was a catch, Brady did fumble, and if you want to go back a week, it was interference on the Cowboys and should not have been reversed.
