    • Agree, “buyer beware” is harsh at best and something I’ve never read in 20+ years with this forum. Granted I’m personal friends with the seller but  questioning his representation of the speakers is a bit much. As explained above he is open and honest as to what his “Belles” represent.  And yes he is as honest and accommodating as they come. I’ve had this similar setup in non-Klipsch Klipschorns several years ago and they sounded spectacular. So, buyer be aware of great sound -
    • The seller was very clear about what he is selling.  No attempt whatsoever at deception or saying they’re something they’re not.  If someone wants bone stock 1972 Klipsch Belles, I think they’d know enough that these aren’t those.
    • My wife and I moved into a new house a couple weeks ago.  I have the theater set up in the basement but still haven’t installed my AW-650s that I was using as Atmos.  In our old basement the ceiling was much taller so I was able to mount them directly above aimed down at the MLP.   That won’t work in the new house so what I’m planning on doing is mounting them to a horizontal beam that runs the length of the ceiling behind my TV.  There’s a vertical beam behind the TV that I’d run the speaker wire up and then across the top beam.  I have monoprice flat speaker wire that I’ll be using for the height speakers and am wanting a recommendation on a flat plastic “track” that I can run the wire through so that it looks halfway decent.  I’ll need a section that’s about 2 feet tall and 8 feet wide, forming a T.  I don’t mind if a small amount of wire is visible where the two pieces meet.   Thanks for any recommendations you have!   I marked in black in the attached pic where the “track” will be run, it would continue behind the TV down that pillar just a little bit.  The AW-650s would be mounted pretty much directly above the L/R Heresys on that horizontal beam.
    • That is a bit harsh! "buyer beware!!"?? Long term forum member for 10 years, 0 warning points, over 1000 more "likes" than posts. Never posted a cross word to anyone here. Nothing to be afraid of. Many here can vouch for me. Never called these "klipsch" in my description to avoid such comments. Cabinets are beautiful and built by  klipsch to their design and standards. Very well maintained. NO alterations except to the motorboard to accommodate the different horn dimensions. Bought these from another klipsch enthusiast long before any of this "no alterations allowed". Anyone looking at these knows what they are. Very fine speakers.
    • Ya caught a major break when you "stumbled" upon those Cornwalls.  You're in the right place for comments and I get your drift.  Choices, money, cd's get's crazy.  Tubes, solid state, just all of it, overwhelms.  Youre going to hear a million comments in here, then you have to weigh it and make your decision if you haven't heard any gear.  You'll sort it I'm sure.  We'll ALL be happy to help you spend your money.    Lots of threads started in here and a lot of regulars to hang with.  Stick around, stop in and ask cause most of us don't bite too hard.  Keep posting/responding and get some points for participating then the world will blossom a bit more for you in here.   The more we know the more we can guide you but the ultimate decision is yours.  You're Cornwalls WILL take you for a ride so build it right!    You will.      Welcome to the Forum.

    • Buyer beware. These are no longer Klipsch speakers....NOTHING but the cabinet is Klipsch and it looks like that may have changed.
