Morning Gang Sat the 2ed, had to check. Belly STILL queasy, a smiggin of food poisoning ?, im thinkin Coffee/Cream seems to feel pretty good. Thinkin about the Pub blackeyed Beans and little Mini hotdogs, they were warm and just above room temp now that i think about it Wife is feeling the same NOW by god everything is open again The wife unit and i will be making a farm food suppy run to one of the farmers today. Something iv NOT shared, but will now. This old guy should be DEAD! and he is well aware of it. Brand new Volvo 18 wheeler, he made a Reno run day after xmas. Coming back he blacked out, up near Blue Canyon, 70 MPH. (Hwy80) dry but 5' of snow on the sides of the freeway. Someone saw him veer off through a guard rail and down 160' canyon. trees stopped truck (many trees). His leg hurts a bit and his face looks like a bar fight, but he is alive and feisty. Hands are frost bitten a little. sooo, we will be stocking him with Food/Alc today

Morning gang, its been a while so I thought I would drop and say hi. Sounds like everyone had a good Christmas and New Year, now back to our daily program. New Years was pretty quite around here. I did manage to get my work bench built, though the wife is not happy as the garage is a mess again. So I will be cleaning that today and tomorrow. But now that the work bench is build it will give me more storage for my tools. Which will allow me to use the space they are currently being stored in for other things laying around on the garage floor. Tough weekend for the Big Ten. I was wondering if the Hawkeyes or Spartans were going to show up? My Vikings take on the Packers tomorrow night for the North title. Hopefully the Vikings show up and play better than they did last time they met up with the Pack. I am still trying to figure this Keurig thing out. I have read reviews, that if I want a bold cup of coffee with regular coffee I need to only use the mid size, which is a waste. The Black Magic is nice and bold, I just wish it would fill my cup. I will post some pics or the work bench when I get a chance, for now I need to run and start cleaning. Have a good one folks.

Evening gang Im up w/Belly ache Dam Black eyed beans for breakfast likely has something to do with this. Just got on from the DC road trip....picked up my new KLF-C7..... Looks nice for the money I brought it out yo the van where the grandkids and the BOSS were waiting....the 10 year said "oh it's a little speaker" lol lol Ok gonna hook it up....have a good night.... MKP :-)

I gave up half & half about 4 months ago. Been drinking coffee black. Slept in and finding black coffee is getting boring today. Just added a shot of Christian Brother's brandy. Much better. Now maybe I can finish the pot!

Morning/afternoon gang...... Working on the 2nd cup.....not too much going on....... Thinking about pulling all the gear off the audio console/table......the new center in just sitting on top one of the Adcom's......I just can't keep like that..... Yea it's time pull it all off....dust everything.....re-do the cables.......and rearrange all my gear...... It took me some time to set-up the KLF center......the BOSS had to pull up a You-tube video on how to use my avr...lol lol.....never really been into HT..... The tree is also on it's way out today......it's been blocking my view of my Wall-O-Klipsch.....I'm done wit all this Christmas stuff in the house.....till next year.... MKP ... I think you're gonna like that speaker as long as you have a good sonic match with the rest of the speakers. We have an all-KLF home theater including the C7 and it has been great. And ... that was a very good price based on what I've seen. Enjoy.

These aren't your normal $2500-$3000 dollar khorns. I've seen and heard these Klipschorns and they are worth every bit of the asking price. They look psychedelic and incredible in person and sound great. You will not find veneer like this anymore and not much of it was made anyway. This is from the heyday of Khorns. They just need the right person to step up. I've heard of the offers and they are in the words of clik and clak BOOOOGGGGUUUSSSS. Hey gang ..looks like everyone had a reasonably safe New Year's .... ours was spent serving up food for some folks and beating the rush by getting home early ...old people are like that. I hear ya Mark on getting back to normal. I love Christmas and all the decorations, but I like it when the house is back to normal also. My wife has to rearrange some of the furniture, I get a little nervous when tables and stuff are being moved around the speakers. I'm always there to help though. She actually does a great job rearranging the decor to suit the season. I bought a new wood entertainment center a few months ago, it's nice, but it's also sealed. I have a new pre-amp to install, but the wood cabinet is too heavy to move, now I'm thinking I wish I had a component rack instead. Oh well….I'll figure it out.

funny how i real posts like this. i think back when i had speaker X that it sounded great, till i upgraded. its funny but you know how many speakers i go through derrick. i have had the opportunity to go back and forth with so many centers that each time i go up and go back down i realize that what i thought was good at the time was in fact not as great as i thought. lol problem with this is once you reach a certain level you want that all the time. no centers cut it then except for the very best.

It was just the wife and I last night, and we were in bed by 12:30. Shopping early this a.m. and back home. She pulls a 12 hr overnight tonight so she'll get some rest this afternoon. I imagine I'll be taking a nap as well. Starting to be nippy here, down in the upper 20s tonight. Kinda late to get started on the cold weather but we don't mind a bit.

If the public were well versed in basic high school level biology vaccinations would never be a political/legal issue. The government mandate for vaccines is the only response in the face of sheer stupidity and ignorance that threatens public health and has already resulted in unnecessary deaths. Tragic. And I find it tragically stupid to argue the uninformed anti-vaccine side, as some are doing here. Google up the term "herd immunity". This is basic epidemiology, with gobs of supporting evidence in it's favor, as opposed to the uninformed (or worse, ideological) anti-vaccination fear campaign. Public health via vaccinations is NOT a conspiracy. Your belief that vaccines do more harm than good is wrong (demonstrably, wildly wrong), but it serves as a perfect example of providing false witness and spreading dangerous lies. If you have any peer reviewed research supporting your claim that vaccines do more harm than good, please present it, or stfu and stop carrying water for The Stupid.
