Always better to ask forgiveness than permission. Build the ramp, deduct the cost from next rent payment. You would be surprised how difficult it is to evict renters when they do something like that. If the owner shows up at the property to complain, call the police and have him removed. Legally it is your residence. You can shoot him via the castle defense if he enters without your permission.

I have never had great success at upgrading to a whole new OS upgrade, always prefer a OS built from the factory. I did upgrade to Win 10 on a basic Dell laptop from Win 8.1, from Dell brought 2 months ago and the keyboard failed to work. Yes attaching an external keyboard worked and all is well, though pisses me off. Looks fine... I am used to Win 8.1 so will need to address this BS before I consider the rest of my arsenal. I hear that Win 10 won't allow you to defer updates, as in you have no control as long as your on the internets... for my music server kind of a bummer.

Glenn Campbell is great. Got introduced to him via being within listening range of my mom. She listen to lots of classic country. He has so many great songs. Very musical. Its a shame about his current condition and while I saw a preview for I believe it was CNN's film about his current state of affairs, to me it just seemed disrespectful to the artist as a person at least in the way I would want to be treated when I had no control of my life anymore. But for me if given the choice between money and fame, I would take money every time.
