I'm betting you'll be happy! My brother bought a 3803 the year it came out and it's AMAZING still to this day. His stereo blows me away which only few have and I've heard many. It takes a whole lot to impress me.
Use to listen to rock a lot. Still listen to rock some, but jazz more because a lot of it is recorded better. Having a nice stereo, I'm amazed at how bad and how good recording are done. Listening to a bad recording on my nice stereo bothers me.

A lot here are using older Klipsch heritage speakers. I use a set of 1978 Klipschorns. I bet your JBL speakers sound amazing! I'd really like to have a set of those. How much did you pay for them and where did you get them? Are both woofers active?
