  1. I completely understand what Dave is saying and have felt the same way many times. I joined 15 or 16 years ago and received a ton of help. But the last few years, that’s not so. I have left many times, . One time I lost my handle on here. Good luck and hope to see you back on here Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. What other model speakers did those come in? I have some for the H2 or H3’s If the are the same. Just pay me shipping Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I think you can go to the historian section. You may find that info there. I’ll see if I can’t find it or you can place a link here Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. That’s a sweet deal. What’s the location? And will he ship? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. No way the add could say how many where sold. That’s a copy of the original add Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I just looked again, the shipping is $331.00 Ok, I’ll bend over now. Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. That’s funny, they have a 6x9” woofer and a cone tweeter. Someone may fall for it. Lol $40.00 at most. The shipping cost more then they are worth, to me anyway Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. This are not Klipsch, they are a clone k-horn Or one of those kits. They may have Klipsch parts , but not the real deal, and for me, they would only be worth 400 at most, and the crossovers would be of no use for me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I did see and hear those back in the day when I was a young teenager. Funny thing is they did not come with any drivers. You either used what you had or bought them from RS. They did not sound as nice as the real Klipsch k-horns. The old man that had them owned a tv repair shop. He had the RS and Klipsch k-horns in the from of his store. I think I was 12 when I got to play with them. He would yell at me for turning them up so loud that his turntable would skip and start to feedback though the speakers. Lol. He had some Frankenstein tube amps hook up to them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Yes get them and enjoy Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Here’s the link for the sale that’s still going on https://www.adorama.com/kpr112sw.html?sdtid=14322167&emailprice=t&sterm=2oHQhrz8LxyLTth07OwzdzZ-UkE1fuW1p3AQVc0&utm_source=rflaid62905 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. If someone close to these speakers. IM me. I’ve talked the guy down to 375 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I just offered him 250 form. I will lowball them for you so you can try to get them at a lower price. But one thing is is he has all the literature and packing material in the Klipsch boxes that they came in. That does add some value to them, but me personally I wouldn’t pay more than 500 to 550 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Sense the woofers are sold, how much for the crossovers? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I hear you on that. Even with being half way in between Orlando and Daytona Beach, the C19 has stopped all of our audio meetings around here. I just moved my mother from St. Paul Mn to East Tennessee. About 2 or 3 months ago. And just last week my brother and his wife moved up to their property up there. He will be driving down here to run his company. But I’ll make it there at sometime , lol. My mother loves it up there and all the people are so nice and have gone out of their way to watch over my mother. My wife and I have plans on baying a house and at lest 10ac of land. Still have one kid at home and she is about to turn 16. So this day is coming soon. Fingers crossed [emoji1696] I hear that you just got some snow the other day ? Show us some pics, Florida boy here and miss the snow Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. It would be some time before I’m back up your way. But if you need any of my test gear. Just ask. I have meters, scope, spl meter. Laptop with REW and the test mic and I’m sure some other stuff as well Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Back in the late 70’s and early 80’s I was a chef [emoji1854] and did very well for myself. I was making over 28 an hour. And when I moved back down to Florida, the pay was so poor I went back to mechanic’s and carpentry, much better pay for those trades down in the south. About 6 years ago. My wife was diagnosed with a gluten tolerance. Luckily with my cooking background I was able to keep our household menu very broad and healthy and tasty. Now many stores are stocking gluten-free items that I was making from scratch. I still make 95% of our meals and out of the those I’d say 90% of all made from scratch. That would explain my large belly, LOL. But I think Learning even the basics of cooking is a very important thing to learn. When I was back in grade school that was one of the things they taught us was home economics. Now that is a huge elective in high school and rarely utilized by the students. My oldest son when he was joining the Navy didn’t even know how to boil water. I’m not joking he didn’t even know how to boil water. So when he came back home from Boot Camp I gave him a crash course on how to cook. Now years later he’s able to cook all the meals for him and his wife. I think it’s very important to have many different ingredients in the home and don’t be afraid to experiment and you don’t need to buy all those fancy air fryers and stuff like , that to provide great tasty meals. 18. Yamaha amps have a very warm sound to them and work really well with Klipsch speakers. I have a Yamaha has my test amp that I use for any new or used speakers that I’m buying. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Can we see pics of these before and after? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I’ve owned many models of Klipsch speakers And from what I see in the video. I’m happy with what they have done. Could it be better? Yes. But it’s still above par then most other Brands out there at that price point. Klipsch spend 10’s of thousands of dollars to make this model of Cornwall’s. And yes they could have used higher end parts and pass the cost to the customer Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. They had been poorly painted black at some time. I would not pay more the 375 here in Florida Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Here’s a few things I found Cool little find of Klipsch history Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Is that a sub or the bottom of the first type of K-horn ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Never got the email and now the post is gone [emoji22] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
