PrestonTom
That could be quite the setup for some lucky person, especially if they splurged and got the TAD drivers. Good luck with your sale. -Tom

Yep, it doesn't seem they're making the 4002's anymore. Good luck with the goods!! [Y]

Speakmeister
I'll throw them in with the Jubs. []
BusaDude
Lets see... That's roughly 800 miles one way from Dallas to Denver. I'll need a truck, a lot of gas and some caffeine.

OR.. buy a cheap ticket out to denver, have Speaker pick you up, snag a u-haul, and drive them home.
CECAA850
If I had the money, 800 miles would not be a deterrent.
BusaDude
If I had the money, 800 miles would not be a deterrent. That's the problem... I happen to have the money right now, because I was this close to ordering a couple of KPT-684's to "supplement" the low end of my 5 LaScala setup. And then I see this post about Jubilee's for sale. Only thing is I've never heard the 402/Jubilee and I really like my LaScala setup.
Speakmeister
I've got a solution for that... I will throw in a 684 for $500.00. If you need another I believe someone in the Dallas area may have one you could get.
Speakmeister
Also, LaScalas are great speakers but the jubilee is in a different class.
Coytee
Also, LaScalas are great speakers but the jubilee is in a different class. As a current owner of LaScalas who's owned them for 34 years.....and also owns Jubilee's.... He's 100% right.
CECAA850
I haven't heard Jubes but I have heard the 402 at dtels house (and MWM's I believe). They're most certainly a step up from my Scalas. It's a bigger yet closer sound????? Hard for me to describe, it's just more enveloping, like you're sitting closer to the speakers than you actually are.
