USNRET
Knives: sister no longer gets the 40% off, that's too bad. For run of the mill knives that sharpen easily for me that can't sharpen a blade, they work great. I would buy more of these at full price. Looks like Ammyzon and walfart sell them now.http://www.radakitchenstore.com/
richieb
I've read that Cutco makes a high quality American made knife, Not the high end German blade but maybe something to look into. I did check their site - they ain't cheap.

USNRET
WOW, you boys are way above me. But I might suggest that you spend 1/10 of Cutco on Rada just for the ole college try.https://www.amazon.com/Rada-Cutlery-G238-Knife-Sharpener/dp/B01AASF560/ref=sr_1_20?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1500516101&sr=1-20&keywords=rada

minermark
Wusthof is in our drawers as well as many others over the years. I have NO preference, however the Wusthof is the one that ends up in my hands.

You two should visit her, it would be the most fun you would not remember. It was not hot when we were there, barely in the 90's because of the clouds and rain around. 9 hours ago, minermark said: Looks great, at 100+ out west, any body of water looks good right now

On the lake or beach, there are NO inexpensive homes, except a very few which are really old and worth 10+ times what they cost, the older houses are usually removed to put something modern and really expensive. On the water means 3-4 time the cost is seems, but that's everywhere.

BigStewMan
I’m guessing that is a lot of coffee? I’ll drink coffee during the winter when it’s cold. I’m not a coffee expert. Lot of people hitting Starbucks and i was happy with 7-11 coffee.
