No big deal, until it was studied and found to be made of Earth materials. And yet, it had clearly been exposed to galactic radiation for around 10,000 years. Odd, right? The current thinking on this meteorite is that it was somehow blasted into space from Earth, either by a bigger meteorite impact, or by a volcanic event, which often throws material very high in the sky.
