m00n
No home theater is complete without The Eagles Hell Freezes Over DVD in the collection. Outstanding audio.

Fish
The best sound quality of 200 I own,Steely Dan(two against nature live),The Cult-Live.I have the rf7's and if its much less than a perfect recording you will know.Out of about 200 concerts I have about 25 that are very, very good recordings.I also have about 25 that sound like Thomas Edison may have recorded them on a cylinder, some newer recordings. If you own the Dan let me know what you think,if not better get it.If you like any kind of music you should hear it,the horn section sounds very convincing on Klipsch. The guitars, bass, drums, backup chicks, you will get your money worth. Papertester
Roy Orbison Black & white Night So far the best of any concert DVD I have heard. (DTS) Also at #2 John Fogerty Premonition
Fish
John Fogerty, yes, another first rate quality audio and video recording.
Jabez Scratch
Rush is putting out a new concert DVD this summer called "Rush in Rio" -- it will be a multi-disc package and in DTS so it should be outstanding.

It may come on a DVD but the "master" may have been that famous cylinder... Rob. PS: I second the Roy Orbison B&W as it is a quite good recording... unfortunately not my cup of tea musically
BBB
AC/DC 'Stiff Upper Lip' The Who 'Live at the Royal Albert Hall' I use these instead of dusting my RF-7s.
Fish
Formica,I agree, the poor master recordings are to blame, not the dvd format.
marksdad
diana krall live in paris, madonna drowned world tour, santana supernatural, corrs live at the prince albert hall
Strabo
Godsmack Live is another good one although I wouldn't recommend watching it with kids around. Quite a few F'n-himers and some shots of women in the crowd flashing. They put on a great show! I'm talking about the band here.
markmaple
I second the Diana Krall Live In Paris. Excellent. Also, Billy Idol VH1 Storytellers. Both discs have DTS soundtracks.

texas42
Peter Gabriel- Secret World Live Fleetwood Mac- The Dance Eagle- Hell Freezes Over Yes- Live from the House of Blues Sarah Brightman- One Night in Eden All are great... On the other hand, one to stay away from (regrettably) ELO- Out of the Blue (very compressed and only in stereo) Just my .02 cents... lovedrummin
I also recommend Eagles "Hell Freezes Over" and J. Fogerty "Premonition". A couple more goodies are Roger Waters "In The Flesh Live" and Peter Frampton "Live In Detroit" (very good DTS).
