Granny made the absolute best above daughters, sisters, and all the rest. They tired and tried to top her work all around her kitchen they would lurk. I grew up eating that heavenly treat every Christmas, only it I would seek Alas, today it's all just tales of lore. Her dessert art, sadly lives no more. Part of the secret you see. Those ripest bananas long from the tree. Homemade banana pudding I've put to the test. Only Granny's was really the best.

I just spent about 4 hours cranking a set of RB5's with the new Marantz receiver and even though I have not had the pleasure of owning RB75's (But I do own RF7's) I have to tell any of you folks, that have not owned a pair of the 5's, to scout around and if you come across a decent set, buy them and give them a listen, they are an incredible book shelf speaker. I have, and have had, many Klipsch speakers, RF 7's, 5's, 35's, RB 61's, 81's, RP 5's and 3's, Cornwalls, Cornscallas, KP250's as well as various others and these little RB 5's are a great speaker for a compact set up. I'm down to one pair, but I've had 4 or 5 over the last few years and you owe it to yourself to pick up a pair and give them a listen, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

We have been really thinking about the Hope trip....We were looking at renting a RV and driving.... ask oldtimer, he knows everything about football. However, for myself, I think their decline is due to global warming. Green Bay is not nearly as cold as it used to be, and therefore the macho, tough guy persona has been sucked out of the city and the team. Not to mention Aaron Rodgers is a dweeb.

hello klipsch community. i have the utmost respect for you -- the knowledgeable. i am a fan of the klipsch art - i know what i like when i hear it. 20+ years ago i heard it and have been enjoying it ever since. it is an illness.luckily my other half suffers from it and i simply benefit this is my first post.

I picked up a pair of La Scalas last week from another great forum member (Olorin) and it completely changed the soundstage, compared to the RF7iis. I am actually able to run them with my equalizer set nearly flat, but it still feels a bit shallow in the low end, so I am looking at my options for a set of subs that will blend well. That just may end my equalizer dependency =)

I recently saw a television documentary made by a British filmmaker. His brother became a terrorist and is now in prison. This filmmaker began making the documentary when his brother first joined what he called a radical islamist group in England. He ate dinner with his brother and his friends and said the guys all seemed very nice and fun to be around; but, then he attended one of their (for lack of better word) "meetings" and he was amazed how these nice guys were suddenly talking violent and it was scary.He interviewed the top dog of that radical group...he mentioned that some accuse him of brainwashing these young men. Facebook OK, I took a test drive with my wife's FB. it's not at all what I thought. It's much better. Sure, granny uses it to "keep up with the kids," but that's actually a minor and insignificant use. Same with gossip, and telling people which bottle of whiskey you drank this morning. All minor aspects. What it does is integrate the internet on one beautiful screen, especially mobile screens. It's better than a browser by a mile for aggregating all the internet content that comes perfectly shaped and scaled on small mobile screens. By selecting, of say searching, an interest, you can get stories, tweets, videos, pictures, and other content in full without leaving the app. No more pinching, squeezing, resizing screens as you go from one source to another. FB tames, organized, and beautifies unruly disparate content into a manageable form. In short, I would say it's what the browser never figured out what to do. The good news is that you can quickly assemble all your varied interests in one place. The bad news is that all of that interest is communicated to the Mothership, which might be black or might be white, depending on your level of paranoia. Verdict is still out for me. One thing is for sure, FB is at the bleeding edge of mobile. This is THE platform for tablets and phones. Everything looks right. I might even sign up.
