  1. Gentlemen ... it’s been a privilege flying with you. Movers come in morning -- full day of activities today, then off to a new adventure. Very happy to close this chapter of life and see what comes next. I’ll either post again someday or I won’t; but, I do know that I wish you all well. Steve

  2. I don't think the testing had to do with her smoking anything. So just put it in your mouth, light up, and imagine where it has been. I dare you.

  3. Well, I don't know if they would make a good doghouse for you, but they would make a nice fort. My wife is not observant, but she would probably notice the second mortgage on the house...

  10. LF in Maryland for a wedding. I'm here with Jake. Doing the Atkin's diet again so just put a big Porterhouse on the grill. Jake gets the bone. A little time in the Bubble and watched This Old House with three fingers of bourbon. Hot here so I cut the grass with the new Honda before ten this morning. Tomorrow I'm going to plant LF's hydrangea and then maybe clean the engine in the Bubble. Just ordered some clay bars and Microfiber towels for the body and glass. Will test a bit on the Volvo first. That's about it Gents........

  11. Hello Gents & Gals I should NOT be the one starting this kind of thread. I can estimate some 20,000+ that were here before me should be supplying all the funds needed to support the PWK museum. I just jumped in with my support, what the hell, even if every member kicked in a buck or two, museum funding would be fine. Im not here to challenge anyone for a kickdown, that's on you. No matter the reasons we chat here, or what Forum Thread, we help people, The PWK Museum as well as paul himself will be nothing more than a Google site for future generation(s) without our support. Now is the time to do whatever we can, this IS the STARTING line. Right now we have an Opertune time for a great tax write off. I Donate to a few 501 3Cs, my bookkeeper and me are happy camper. PayPal monthly takes care my business, cost nothing, pay tax(s) or get a write off, choice is yours..........

  12. I am concerned. Always concerned about such message from Forum friends. We've all been on the same road for a long time. Take a detour if you must, but please rejoin the caravan. I fully agree with Christy. Blood is blood, but we are family here even if the DNA doesn't match. Godspeed, and safe journey, my friend. Dave

  23. Thanks for passing this on. Chuck was a really nice guy. My father and I drove up to pick up these speakers. He demoed his systems for us. His surround sound setup was mostly heresy speakers. His 2 channel setup was a custom dimensions made cabinet using heresy parts, custom crossover, each speaker sitting on a sub. He was using his emotiva gear to power the custom speakers. He loved his emotiva gear. His 2 channel rig sounded great. I haven't spent much time working on this project, hopefully soon. R.I.P. Chuck

Here are the two independent 'kits' for the audio gurus

  37. ^Thank you, for the clarification. My point was, my CW's sound "better" at lower volume than any other speaker I've ever owned. I don't have the vocabulary (or knowledge) to parry with engineers. But, if anyone dare question the value of high-efficiency Klipsch designs during a time of cheap power, I will defend. I will defend.
