What do you do for a living?

World's foremost authority on the history of Texarkana. Not a lot of money in that, except what I've spent...

Also manager of E-Learning for Helmerich & Payne Int'l Drilling Company. I say, it you gotta work for the man, work for a man like the one in this video.

My wife and I are close to signing a contract with a UK company to be the US distributors of a general compiling software that I have used since 1996. THAT will be an adventure...

Working on placing pipe organs numbers 3 and 4. No money in that, either...but it's a passion.

I'll keep my day job for a while.

Today i will deliver a new elect stove the one of my rice farmer buds.

I wouldn't have thought that there was enough water around there for rice farms.

30K acres next to the Feather river, appears his grandad knew what they doing when they settled there.

And yes, you are indeed correct, a boat load of fresh water, maybe only 4 to 6" deep X 30K acres!

post-7390-0-08140000-1407869863_thumb.jpSpeaking of what we do, I've had more than one question me about my claim of running AutoCAD on a dual floppy XT. Ran across this picture from my home office in Singapore. That is about a 1,000.00 worth of 9.7 MHz XT with math coprocessor. Obviously not AutoCAD running here, but note the book to the right.

If I were a porn star, I could only make comedies.

Stand up?

Comissionary is the best way to describe a relaxed set i would imagine. Paid by the job and relaxed.

The outskirts of LA are scattered(use to be quite a few) with large commercial buildings all containing sets to produce the industrys finest. These days i hear they are a bit run down due to the online short film industry.

You ain't seen nothing yet. Just wait until "Zat" signs in. Be plenty of lobes for Coyotee to examine.

Dave,

Thanks for the pic. That makes me smile. That case looks so familiar, too. a turbo XT was my first machine. It was a sweetheart.
