Tonight I'll ne rooting for alma mater, MSU Spartans. It's great to be an underdog playing with house money. The second game will find me pulling for B1G's Wisconsin to defeat that NBA D-League team from Lexington. Of course, you know the TV folk want Duke to play Kentucky on Monday night. A Badger vs Spartan matchup would be a ratings disaster. In any case, it's fun to watch and even mor fun with 2 of my bracket's Final Four teams sitll alive. My favorite analyst's comment was by Seth Davis who said (paraphrasing), "A Tom Izzo coached team peaking in March. Who saw that coming?" Michigan did not even make the NIT, and they did not have a great season. Michigan State ran out of underdog magic, but they had a great season. DizRotus Posted April 6, 2015 Author Share Posted April 6, 2015 If Kentucky were in the ACC or B1G they would not have been undefeated, but they would have been a stronger team and would have probably beaten Wisconsin.
