fuzzydog
Not a great deal IMO, but these may still interest some here. http://charleston.craigslist.org/ele/5437527798.html
wstrickland1
I spoke to him. He's very firm so far. ehhh I don't need them anyway. That would really be a ridiculous purchase (for me).
mattSER
It's crazy how RB-75s still go for more than half their original msrp.
Gorm
Maple is the RAREST of all the finishes I've seen. Far more Black and Cherry. I've only seen pictures of maple ones twice. This time included. Klipsch didn't even mention the finish on their site as one that was available. Makes me wonder what other finishes are out there? Oak and Mahogany would be interesting. opusk2k9
The specs sheet lists: Black Ash, Medium Cherry or Blonde Maple
willland
I would love to have 75s in maple. I don't know if I would pay that much but sell a little this and sell a little that who knows. Bill
Woofers and Tweeters
I'm sure they are nice, but for that price one could buy a lot more speaker with better sound.
Arrow#422
These maple 75's would be very nice in many rooms. Maybe in the sunroom overlooking the lake? BTW, in the Reference Series (rev #3) sales catalog, the maple finish availability is not mentioned anywhere. Even the RSW sub section writeup says available in black & cherry. The individual speaker spec section also lacks the maple finish offerings. Judging by the details within a 3rd revision catalog, is it possible that the maple finish was only offered for a short time after initial release? Rarer still, but doubtful, would be that maple was never advertised. Then, only a dealer would know of its availability & be able to showcase and sell. JiminSTL
Beautiful speakers, beautiful city. Charleston geography quiz--those REALLY in the know are aware that: at Charleston, the Ashley and Cooper Rivers converge, and they form the Atlantic ocean! Just ask any Charlestonian . . . . right, Fuzzy? Edited February 10, 2016 by JiminSTL

TasDom
Not a great deal IMO, but these may still interest some here. The stands are included in the price which are 200.00 on Amazon so he's in the ballpark of what these have been selling for. I'd love to swap my black 75's for maple or cherry.

Gorm
I'm guessing Maple wasn't probably a big seller in the first place, which is why they dropped it. However, there is probably a segment of people who wanted direct rear surrounds to match their RF-7s they had bought in Maple...so for a short time, the RB-75s were available in that finish. Just ask any Charlestonian . . . . right, Fuzzy? I've boated and fished these waters all my life and can tell you that you're fairly close. You have to throw the Wando River, Wappoo Creek, the ICW from the North and Shem Creek in there as well, and they all converge in to what is know as the Charleston Harbor. It's not technically the Atlantic until you clear the Jettys
JoeDirt
I was visiting Charleston 2 weeks ago. One of my favorite "sleeper" destinations.

It's hard to get much better, though. Since I have never had them, I am out of my elements by saying better. There are so many used speakers for sale that, though larger, have great sound & for less money. Do the RF7 not sound better? That's too close to $1,000, so I'd add more to it and buy Khorns.
