    • Blue stuff on the short rib ? Looks like a lavender garnish .
    • If you’re going the Atmos route you don’t want wide dispersion surrounds so you’ll want to get bookshelf speakers like the 500M.
    • Thanks for all your replies. I have the UMIK-1 and REW, just not an expert on using it..    I just heard the RP-1600SW is a great sub. But I've also heard many people say 2 subs is the way to go.. Honestly the 1600sw is probably too big for my room anyways, but I want to future proof myself. I guess I just want the most ideal setup for now and in the future. I'm not as concerned with volume, but I am about hitting all the frequencies so I can hear them adequately.   I currently have an RT-10d. Works great for the most part, but I don't have any idea how it compares to these newer subs and I can't find much online.
    • Derrickdj1 I'm in Michigan. I'd love to know what you want for it. Can you send me a message?

    • HK A300 6V6 only.   Douk Audio? KT66 should work. The amplifier is so small I assume it has a smps. 6N4 is a Rus/Chi tube with a 12.6v heater/filament, not a 6.3v like the US tube.
    • Just picked up an RW12D.  It has good power, especially considering the size and weight of the Amp.  The display was inop. with only the volume control functioning. I removed brown glue and got everything functioning.  Then it Blew the fuse.  I found Q402 (a 1RF740) bad/shorted. Now I will be recapping too, when I replaced the mosfets. Plus, there's still a bit of brown glue to remove. I appreciate your help on the matter.
    • Any resolution? I have a similar issue with c 1988 Fortes. They’ve not been used in a decade and I recently moved them and set them up with a Wiim amp. There’s very little bass but both drivers are doing at least something. Can bad capacitors on the crossovers cause this?
    • These 3 w/Ginger on the kit?  Just a lil "Guitar Boogie!"  Unstoppable until...    IYKYK!         Such a great old album.     A compilation album featuring Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page together with the Allstars and members of The Rolling Stones. The album was released in the US in 1971 by RCA Records; in the mid 1970s, Pickwick Records leased the rights to reissue several recordings in the RCA catalog and Guitar Boogie was briefly re-issued on the Pickwick label in 1977; RCA soon reclaimed the rights to its Pickwick-leased recordings and reissued the album in 1980. The album was compiled by Richard Robinson and originally included a piece by rock critic Richard Meltzer on the back cover. The tracks were collected from Immediate Records' 1968 series of compilation albums Blues Anytime, which were released in the US as An Anthology of British Blues and later under the title British Archives Series: Blues for Collectors. Most songs on this album were written by Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck or Jimmy Page,[2] and of the three guitarists, only Jimmy Page appears on every track, though not always in a lead role. Clapton was not present for the tracks featuring Jeff Beck, which were recorded with members of Cyril Davies' band the Allstars. Likewise, Beck was not at the session with Clapton, the tracks from which were later overdubbed by Ian Stewart, Mick Jagger, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts of the Rolling Stones. Then EC stepped away.
    • Hello everyone, I’m troubleshooting this SMPS power supply issue and could use some guidance. Without D20: The power supply works fine, with stable secondary voltages, and does not trigger protection mode. With D20: The power supply immediately goes into protection mode, suggesting an overload, short circuit, or an issue in the circuit associated with D20. D20 itself tests fine, and components around it (capacitors, regulators, feedback circuit) seem okay. Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can suggest further diagnostic steps? Thanks in advance for any help! 😊
