Good morning friends..... Big snow storm today, and so I elected to stay home from work, fire up the weekend coffee machine once again and grabbed this photo for the forum.... A cozy morning inside (0;9 points

Watched my first entire SB with LF on her fancy new TV. I am not a football fan and know little about the game though I use to play a lot of sand lot ball (no equipment, few rules). Please tell me what the Seahawks were thinking.....passing from 18" out? I was pulling for the Hawks just because my bud bluesboy out in Seattle is such a fan. I could see him up and out of his chair on each big play. Breakfast out this morning. 3 om, bacon, cubed potatoes, coffee. Cloudy and windy this morning. Shorts and T shirt weather to walk Jake. In the market for a Schiit Bi Frost Uber DAC with gen2 USB if anyone knows of one for sale. Then I can send Mark's Dragon Fly on to Chuck in Colarado. Cheers Gents6 points

Good Morning gang, So much to do, SSSSSOOOOO LITTLE ENERGY First cup going down slow, Found a lodge cast iron 8" in the trash yesterday, burned it in a barrel fire and started the season process, Cooking surface is rough as a cob, looked up smoothing that found some threads that said lodge acknowledges they are rough but say, you can suffer with the roughness and some sticking till it eventually seasons enough which will smooth it out, Or you can sand it smooth and then season (at least they are honest about it I guess) To sand or not to sand, That is the ??????????6 points

Way to go Seattle, losing the game by throwing a PASS from the ONE YARD LINE into the MIDDLE OF THE DEFENSE! If only they had a decent running back to hand it off to, what was the offensive coordinator thinking? +++ I always like to hear the Star Spangled Banner, and the SB almost always has a good version. Idena Menzel sang it like a dirge, by making it a ballad version, bringing the attention to herself with her singing, but degrading the SSB and the Superbowl moment. No sing along on that stinker of a ballad.5 points

Game time! And like the years before, im off on the road, Home Depot run, Costco, surplus store. no better time to be on the road. Engineering the "Panic button" for the Boat. need supplys. Will be in the cave cranking tunes and watching with the sound off, got some drill press time to make up for. Be it known, when this project is complete, the only way to serve it justice will be my FIRST youtube video.5 points

I'd eat that! Also, I'm thinking ahead for Valentine's Day. What do you guys think?5 points

Which thread is that billybob? Then I think you should triple up your pants dtel...layers. Took the dogs out so they could do their business, and snapped a few more pics. Cancelled Dish 3-4 years ago...they told me I needed to sent their transponders back. That was also winter with snow on the roof. I told them if they want them back, they can come out and get them...so there they still are. Haven't taken them down because we may go back, but OTA is the best broadcast signal you can get, if you can get it. Being 80 miles NW of Chicago we are luck to be getting it, but there are plenty of down times. Luckily despite the snow storms yesterday we had no signal issues. Saving $1,500+ per year...that's a lot of Heritage speakers! This camera takes video and I may try to capture some of the dogs playing in the snow. It is quite funny. Never tried posting videos here or to Photobucket. O.K. going back out to clear this time. Check in later.4 points

I was just saying yesterday while we were getting slammed all day with snow and winds, "some folks are sitting around in shorts and bare feet". I'm not staying here the rest of my life. 3 degrees this morning. -9 Wednesday. Right there with you Gary, all though looks like your ahead of me, already moving to vino. Up late last night doing some clearing with my tractor and loader. Still working on my last cup...black...out of H&H. That's o.k., it goes good with Nestle Toll House chocolate chip cookies. Mother Nature making it a challenge to get to my firewood. Going back out shortly to clear some more. FedEx expected any time now with a new printer. Cables this afternoon, but should just be one USB cable and a power cable. Which outdoor bar would you rather be at sipping an umbrella drink? I vote for dtel's.4 points

Yea the Seahawks gave that one away. Have you ever seen a SB end in a fight, with an ejection? Pretty classless. Congrats Pats.4 points

Watching on this 80" We have one Seahawks fan, so we are all rooting for the Pats to annoy him.4 points

That's pepper jack venison sausage. Cheeze sticks & shrimp are good too. You can make a wholesome meal out of them.4 points

Pete Carroll decides that his good buddy Bill Belichick has had a rough couple of weeks, and calls the most incredibly stupid play in the history of the Super Bowl to hand the victory to the Patriots....Unbelievable, sad, ridiculous.......3 points

That's a creation my wife made, with crescent rolls. Scrambled eggs, ham, red onion, cheese (this time, swiss, provolone & colby jack), yellow peppers, black pepper, etc... She's made a few with different varieties. My wife bought that jar of Claussen Hot & Spicy pickle spears. First time we had them and they have a good kick. A good additionto BM's if you like pickles. Dtel, we would much rather be enjoying the BM's at your Tiki bar. Not putting up with these winters the rest or our lives.3 points

If my wife fixed that for me I would be happy. Well if she grilled it right.[emoji106]3 points

Almost forgot, had to add lunch in-a-jar to the pic, thanx to Tarheel3 points

when we first came to the U.S. back in 1968 we lived on a farm in VA. Someone gave me a little chick. It lived in the trailer with us. Well that little yellow chick turned into a big rooster. It was a pet until it got mean. My dad would mess with it. It started to attack my mom, my dad would just laugh. The only two that were safe from the rooster was the dog and my dad. Even the cat would run from that thing. It go so bad we had to put it outside with the other chickens. Still when my mom would go out to hang up the laundry the rooster would chase here.......god it was funny......she had to take the dog with here. The rooster would not hang with the other chickens to much. It stayed around the trailer most of the time. The rooster went missing for a few days, had no clue were it was. We lived on a 3500+ acre horse farm. One morning leaving for school the rooster was back in the yard. But it was all messed-up, covered in blood............ standing on one leg.........it's big comb on it's head half hanging off.......and making some sad sounds. Well dad went back in the house got his gun and shot it. It was a sad day. A few days later we saw the other rooster he got into a fight with. He was in worst shape......missing an eye......all beaten up, dad said "looks like I shot the wrong one" Well 2nd cup down, just hanging out today......might watch the game? Check on later :-)3 points

Yes dtel, no whining! It is coming down pretty heavy right now..........looks like we are going to get that 12" easily ! (almost there now it looks!) Just finished up my lunch, which was originally destined for work (a nice pesto pasta) and since there will be NO driving for me today anywhere, I have moved on to VINO ....gw2 points

Looks great for a first project! You'll take the things you learned from the first box and apply them to the second box. It'll go faster and fit better. Be careful though, building subs is addictive!2 points

It was 77 yesterday afternoon here. In less than 12 hours it dropped 40 degrees to 37. Crazy weather. Definitely not thirsty or hungry after yesterday.2 points

Your rf-7ii have dual 10's they will like the power. I'd stick with the xpa-2 and a xpa5 myself. Can be had used if patient for a little over a grand. Upa-200 aren't gonna be anywhere close to as good of amps. Read reviews. Don't rush anything. Could cost you more money in the long run. Patience is the key to a top notch system without spending a bunch of extra money buying the wrong thing then turning around and selling for a loss. My opinion of course. I have been through a ton of gear in the last few years.2 points

Jim Check with Jason Str in Arlington Heights Il. He's a forum member and from everything I've seen and heard of his work, its top notch. He has made grills for Corns, I'm sure Heresys would be no problem. Then call Michael at the house of Klipsch, I'm sure he has badges for everything Mark2 points
