She put red sauce on/around them when she baked 'em. you should be able to get those peppers. JohnJ Posted September 8, 2019 Share Posted September 8, 2019 They look like the poblanos that the mexicans stuff them with all the good stuff, Chiles Rellanos. @dirtmudd It's your fault I have to wash all those pans in there tonight (^#=&~ This was a couple hours ago and it was the second, had to make it smaller. Two parts beef and one part sausage garlic, basil, oregano then in mushroom sauce from a jar.
