    • Sounds like things are getting better for the town and you got that bean back.  That's not a good thing to mess with a man's coffee for that long.  Hopefully sooner than later you'll be back to abby-normal.   Leaf duty here in the hood and not done yet.  Temps dropping just in time for the ❌ichigan/OSU game Saturday.  High of 32?  Should be a battle again this year imo.  blue has zero to lose and OSU everything w/that 1 loss record alredy..  Blah. l'll stay home and warm.l   Grand went with me last evening to see Molly Tuttle who was playing 40 minutes away.  Her mom took her to see AJR, which is her fav band.  Naturally a boy band.  Justin Timberlake?  Just say NO!   Skooled her a bit on the way up telling her to watch and listen to the insturments.  Yea, ok.  Asked her after if she liked it and got a yes.  That was it.  Aske her mom this morning if whe said anything more.  Nope, told her yes too.   I did tell her I'd take her to a bigger show so she could see the difference.  Here I go again preachin and a teachin kinda maybe.  Blah. She'll grow into that 40$ t-shirt someday.  She didn't put it on so she didn't drop it but I did notice she had a death grip on it.  lol  Cross your fingers.  It's save an 8th grader time hopefully.   Start 'em with some roots and feed her a bite at a time.  She'll be ready for some prog in no time.  lol   :   Survived another one!
    • @JBCODD nice catch and story line.  Always nice to kick back and watch things unfold.  If you can capture it always nice share.  Thanks!
    • Nice! I saw Canned Heat in a smallish venue back in the late '60s.   This is Graham Nash on NPR (National Public Radio , for all you folks outside the U.S.
    • Roy said there are various PEQs, etc. being applied in the DSP to get very flat frequency response and good phase response.  What those are and how many there are were not revealed at the class.  (This was also never revealed for the Heritage Jubilee.  I assume they consider this trade secret information.)  Roy attempted to implement as many of these in as he could in the passive network as was practical within the size and cost considerations.  The new passive network is so large it had to be split into two boards whereas the AL5 network is only one.  However, he could only do part of that was done in the DSP, and he also could not do the driver time alignment that's possible with the DSP.
    • Were there ANY filters/treatment being applied with the dsp vesus the passives? Or did everyone forget to ask...
    • Just played the album  Enjoy Canned Heat
    • Time for toe tapping Blues Rock with    Artist - Canned Heat Title - Future Blues
    • No interest in the raw driver, so anyone interested in this?   A pair of Spuds in a flat pack.   I would purchase the wood. Cut, layout, label match parts. Pre-drill, countersink and dry fit all parts. Pre-fit, pre-wire and pre-mount drivers. Supply screws, foam tape, urethane caulk tube glue for final assembly and finishing by purchaser. Deliver somewhere along a route from Minneapolis to Nashville 3rd week of May 2025. $3000.00 for the pair.
