Everybody does, it's the french way to spell it, you should see how people spell and pronounce my last name. Luquet french would be luquette This is a etched mirror we did for Rodney, he owns the place where we have the Pilgrimage. This was a gift with other things from forum members for taking care of us. No way, I already told her to think about where she wants to go so we can plan it. I said it does not have to be anywhere special, as long as I'm with you. After this long I have to remember to kiss up, I tend to get in enough trouble just being myself. I really do5 points

40 year anniversary coming up....you can't forget that one! Congrats5 points

My handwriting is barely legible. Left handed. Calligraphy is a real pita. Using a pen left to right smears the ink when you are left handed I thing da Vinci was left handed. That is why his writings were mirror image4 points

Chuck ... if i had your money, i’d burn mine. If I had either of your money, I would throw mine away, can't burn metal. I have never had a LF buy me a car, he is talented, apparently, at what I don't know but he's good at something.4 points

Just ordered a new pair of custom Khorns from my dealer last week. I ordered standard walnut finish, gold luster grill cloth, closed backs, with traditional pie logos. 8 weeks or so to build. Can't wait to get them. Should SING with my new McIntosh MC275VI.3 points

With one finger or it sucks, and I am a sign painter now, but I cheat I use a stencil and spray paint. I actually write so rarely when I have to write my name or anything else I have to go very slow as to be able to read it. The sign painting was an accident my wife does embroidery, sewing and vinyl for shirts and cars or whatever they want. She seen a sign she wanted and asked me to maker her one so I did. She put in her facebook page where she sells stuff and it took off. About 6 months later she said you should number them to know how many you have done so i started, it's over 300 now. That sign has changed, some lines are bigger and different and look better than that first one. Not all signs are like that one, whatever people want I make. We like working from home, the etching came right after signs, I was trying to work myself into stuff I could do at home. The first sign3 points

That's not how I write, that's one finger, if I use a pen or pencil it would be hard to read, I have no idea why. Spelling is a real problem for me when I don't pay attention (like here) I spell things the way they sound. Before I posted the pic I thought I spelled it wrong so I checked.3 points

That's true Griswold is the best but expensive, and I'm not sure why ? The imperfections on the bottom make no difference in cleaning or cooking. The reason I don't want any Griswold is although very smooth they tend to be thin on the bottom compared to almost all other brands of cast iron, I don't know why but they are. This seems to make things burn faster on the bottom before the whole pan heats up. The last cast iron pan I got is 15.5 inches across, it was all rusty and pitted, ground it down and started re seasoning it, works great now. I got it for $10 and cleaned it up. I have 7 total down to 5". The oddest one came from an Lodge outlet store in Tennessee, it's odd because it has rounded curve where the bottom meets the top, the only one I have seen like that, and it's a nice size at 12" across the top.2 points

Thanks Elden. I seem to have a mental block when it comes to spelling your name. I'll try to remember now to use “Es” and no “Os.”2 points

Tomatoes........reminds me of the "Got Tomatoes?" thread I started years ago that went on for awhile. I think it was Winchester 21 that introduced me to heirlooms.2 points

Oh, pollen... we have dust like that. Gardeners, I know it's early for many. Some of us are well into planning and soil prep. to the point Favorite tomato I tend toward heirloom varieties. Brandywine and PurpleCalabash are my favorites. The Calabash is prolly the ugliest tom I have ever seen. Purple outside. Green inside, and a flavor that is not for folks that do not like tomato. Very Robust.2 points

Good Saturday morning my C,C and C friends. Two cups of organic Mayan blend down the hatch, I like it, it's pretty earthy(it was just ground this morning yuk, yuk). Well finally got some rain last night and weatherman says showers off and on today. Time to get some inside chores done like tankless water heater yearly maintenance. And while I'm at it TUNES on Klipsch speakers. Great day to all.2 points

Uh I know what your saying, I am out of room. The only way I could fit more is if it replaces something. This how they are being used, active and bi-amped, it's the 4 channels needed, DX-38 underneath them, all sitting on the sub, I'm of out room, no choice. Had to mount the TV on the wall just to have a place for electronics. That's the center channel out in front of the sub, it can roll off to the side when not needed. It's getting out of control, no room left on the back wall in a 24' wide room.2 points

looks like a dedicated saute pan I have Griswold and Lodge. At their age, they the same. Babando, Got the wok at an Asian grocery in Tucson. They went out of business a few years ago. No brand name fwiw we have more cast iron than we know what to do with. The old lady that built this place liked cast iron, too. There were pieces hanging in the trees along with bottleneck leis. So, I'm not the first wacko to live in this house.1 point

I have owned about 5 DT subwoofers over the years, all the way up to the SuperCube Reference. DT inflates their performance numbers quite a bit, and their online reputation is lower than it should be in the audio world. With th all that said, I have enjoyed every DT subwoofer I have ever owned. Their small footprint and big performance are characteristics I usually look for. Great pickup OP!1 point

Hello again Paully. Glad you like your Bottlehead amps, I will check them out as I am not familiar with them all that much. Please take a look at the photos a couple of pages back in this forum/thread and you will see all that has been changed out and the people and vendors responsible for directing me to making these amps safe to run long term [] All best and a great weekend for you!
