    I passive bi-amp some of my stereo systems when using a bi-amp capable receiver connected to speakers employing split passive crossovers. Color code and/or carefully label your wires and follow the receiver manufacturer's connection instructions.

    It looks like a replacement for the K-33-E woofer. https://reconingspeakers.com/product/klipsch-k-33-e-woofer-121501/ The speaker frame gasket has been scuffed. Your shipping box is dated 2017-2-6, so the hand written date may not indicate anything significant.

    Yes the K-77 diaphragm with voice coil can be replaced. Check with Bob Crites, https://critesspeakers.com/klipsch_tweeters.html. You might want read about the CT-125 replacement tweeters described on that same webpage, before repairing your fried K-77.     I have not heard the KPT-1515/Cinema Grandeur yet, but I did see your favorite duet in concert. Amazing amount of sounds that Gabriela and Rodrigo can produce with two guitars. I was especially impressed by their version of Pink Floyd's song Echoes.

    The K-33 is the 15" woofer in your La Scala II. The K-43 is the 15" woofer with higher power handling and slightly different frequency response, that was in the Industrial La Scala and some other Pro Klipsch speakers. Swapping out woofers may be a fun project for some of us, but might be more than you need to adjust your system.

    Good observation. I would guess that the person who did the video, https://www.klipsch.com/products/klipschorn may have omitted some parts of the cabinet drawing for illustration purposes. There is another complete panel missing in the video. In my picture, one side panel is not installed on the bass cabinet, so you can see inside.

    I have an Aircom fan on one of my receivers. The thermostatic fan keeps the amps at a cooler operating temperature, even if running hot is normally acceptable. I think it is worth the price.

    You could list them in the Garage Sale section of this website, at the price you want. Then consider any serious offers. Your location and/or availability to box, pallet and ship will affect the size of your market.

    How do you like your speakers? Have you tried the bass and treble switches, and/or aiming the cones?

    Using a digital active crossover allows you to experiment in a controlled manner.

    At that low price, I had to buy TWO of them so I could bump my order up to the free shipping qualification.

    The factory crossover spec for woofer to mid-range on the Klipschorn is 450 Hz. That should be a good number to start with.

    You can place some of your Basotect foam sound absorber on the walls also, if you have extra pieces.

    I am still curious about the wiring in the picture of your Super AA. In my picture of a Klipsch Type AA, the white wires go FROM the crossover to the woofer.

    Maybe not optimal. A wiring label or instructions would be helpful in this case.

    It is technically better to limit the frequencies that are sent to each driver. A digital active crossover will allow you to have precise control.

    Do you have a picture of the wiring label that came with this AA x-over?
