Invidiosulus
Well, it was a pleasant enough day to put a couple hundred miles on the ol ‘burb while taking care of some issues at one of my remote offices. Back home now with a sip of bourbon and it’s about time to get the kids to bed.

JohnJ
Glad to hear that @Tarheel . Too bad that weight loss wasn't something you had been needing and struggling with like a lot of others! 3

Marvel
Took wife's car in for oil change... Rear brakes, critical Front brakes, borderline That puts a big dent in the budget. Got the used car last year, not sure where all the maintenance and wear was when we got it. Wife went from two smaller, lighter cars to her Nissan Rogue. She tends to drive right up to cars at a traffic light... and push on the brakes. I told her that she could let off on the gas when approaching the red light. I think she will start doing better now.

WHY do people do that? My oldest daughter drives me insane when I ride with her They even do it when they're on a 4-lane! Road signs are there for a reason. The last one that says exit is usually 1/4 mile from the actual exit. I get off the fuel then and just let it roll to the exit, apply minimal brakes at the stop sign to get off. Heck you're barely touching them then. THEN they whine about driving like an old man. Seriously? YOU can write the checks but I'm not. Crazy schiit! If ya get lucky you can even replace the rotors since ya can't turn them down today. They gotcha! 😂 1

Once I got married and Heather was driving, it needed new pads every 10,000 miles. 1
