Zen Traveler
I can't recall...what did the RSW's go for new? I feel like they were around $600 for the 10? The RSW-15's MSRP was $1,800 and the RSW-12 went for $1,300...Insofar as the RSW-10 it was more than $600 (not sure what) but did go on sale on the internet for a steal at $500 when it became discontinued.
The History Kid
I feel kind of dumb...I forgot I could do that: https://web.archive.org/web/20020202054226/http://www.klipsch.com/products/productdetail.asp?id=395&line= $1,000 New
Zen Traveler
If memory serves my correctly, the RSW-15 was around $1.5K. That would probably put the RSW-12 around $1.2k and the RSW-10 around $1k MSRP. I am sure someone will step in and correct me. Both of the RSW subs that I have owned have been bargains I picked up off CL. I wheeled-n-dealed in the DFW area pitting Tweeter who Klipsch was getting out of against Ultimate Electronics which they were going into....I got the RSW-15 for $1195 and the RSW-12 for $899...Wow--That was 12 years ago and they have been enjoyed almost every night since. In fact, it's time to listen to some tunes! Edited September 23, 2014 by tkdamerica
oldred
Got my first RSW 10 for $700.00 (from Tweeter). Second one NIB on EBay for $400.00 And the third (amp not working ) garage sale for $30.00. Going to do an amp retrofit. But I'd rather have this new 15 inch
Scrappydue
We just made them available on our site: R-110SW: http://www.klipsch.com/R-110SW R-112SW: http://www.klipsch.com/R-112SW R-115SW: http://www.klipsch.com/R-115SW I know some of you have seen "leaks" elsewhere, but we are very happy to announce these models! chad not sure if I'm wrong or not bit when I click on the 15" model and read through there it says the model packs some "seriously punch". Should that just read serious? Or seriously packs some punch? Just doesn't sound right when I read it. Anyways hope to hear one of these one day. Not sure if they sound better than the sw-115 least the look much better.
wvu80
It should read "packing a serious punch." Good catch, Scrappy.
CECAA850
No high level inputs. A lot of 2 channel (2.1) guys would use those.
CECAA850
No adjustable phase, just a 0-180 switch. Seemed like they skimped on the amp features. Makes you wonder about the rest of the sub. Those 2 features couldn't have been that expensive to integrate into the amp.
mustang guy
Why are so many of you picking on IbizaFlame? All he said was no thanks I think I'll stick with my Polk subs. Sheesh... Also, why is everybody hammering these new subs, including you IbizaFlame? Are you all having a bad day? I came here to cheer up, and now I need a drink.
The History Kid
Also, why is everybody hammering these new subs, including you IbizaFlame? I'm hard to please. But seriously...my qualms lie with calling it how I see it. I won't get a chance to formally test these in the foreseeable future due to lack of retailers in my area, so I can only really go off of specs, off of features - basically what Chad has provided us with. I'm just not a raving fan over what I see. Doesn't mean they're bad - just that I'm not really interested in this flavor of kool-aid. I will however have that drink!
Schwa
So are these new subs intended to be part of the Reference I line or the Reference II line (they do have Cerametallic woofers like the Reference II speakers)? If it's the former, it seems that there's now a confusing overlap of products within that line, and if it's the latter, then they should be broken out separately from the previously-announced Reference subs. Administrators Chad Posted September 23, 2014 Author Administrators Share Posted September 23, 2014 it says the model packs some "seriously punch". It was to be read in the voice of Eric Cartman. Seriously you guys (thanks for the catch - incidentally, we just hired a new web content specialist who started yesterday so from now on we should have better proofread copy!)

We've updated our Ref II system packages on our site to include the new subs. The SW line is still around for now though.

Seriously you guys (thanks for the catch - incidentally, we just hired a new web content specialist who started yesterday so from now on we should have better proofread copy!) I could be the future proof reader for a small fee?? Lol a sweet discount on the upcoming reference stuff would do nicely. And of course a write up and direct comparison to my rf-63's. ;-)

Did they send a new R-115SW as a small token of their appreciation?
