Mike M
I like them, but I think they would look better with the black grills.

TasDom
Would love to see another forum member become the next owner. I'm hypnotized looking at them.
babadono
I'm trying to figure out how I would get them down the stairs into my basement! The tophats come completely off pretty easily as well as the side grills on the bass horn. Two able bodied men should be able to do it.
seti
These aren't your normal $2500-$3000 dollar khorns. I've seen and heard these Klipschorns and they are worth every bit of the asking price. They look psychedelic and incredible in person and sound great. You will not find veneer like this anymore and not much of it was made anyway. This is from the heyday of Khorns. They just need the right person to step up. I've heard of the offers and they are in the words of clik and clak BOOOOGGGGUUUSSSS. I hope my friend keeps them as I like seeing these beauties on a regular basis. http://www.itishifi.com/2015/12/persian-nutwood-klipschorns-kbpnl.html
spezjag
They really are incredible. I think the key would be in not trying to match the (that would be impossible), but to either compliment them or to focus attention to them (maybe painting other items black). They are absolutely hypnotic!
Dr Morbius
Mesmerizing, for sure! I do like them.

twistedcrankcammer
I have been trying to alert Kevin Harmon to have a look at these, but he is at Rodneys and I have not been able to raise him Roger
Woofers and Tweeters
A little too exotic for me....the speakers that is... Paint them rattle can black
Woofers and Tweeters
Those alone would be enough of that pattern in my house. Those, and some black Cornwall for centers would be great. For those who have the extra jingle and are serious about these, I WOULD DO IT. It's not like you're going to have to drive it every day - only once and they're yours. I'm doing a house, otherwise these would already be in Kentucky.
The Dude
Didn't funkyhambone use to play in these waters? That user name sounds familiar. Anyways i do hope someone here gets them, but as of this morning there haven't been any bids. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
TasDom
Was this veneer ever offered as a special order for Belles or Cornwalls?

oldenough
So it's simply the rarity of the ugly finish that makes them "special"?
