jimjimbo
Went into full rehab mode today....tops off, tweeters and mids out. Sides off, doghouse opened. Both K33E's look great, measured good. Thinking about maybe trying some Eminence Kappa 15C's in there....not sure....Put on a nice coat of some Howard's Restore a Finish (Dark Walnut), with some 0000 steel wool to work out a few nicks, Wiped off, and will let them sit overnight, then will start with the Watco Rejuvenating Clear oil tomorrow. I'm going to go with some nice AA networks I have, and K55V's.

wvu80
What is the plan for the mid-horn and compression driver? Keep both stock? Damp the horn? Mod the crossover point on the board? I'll be following your progress with great interest. I'm especially interested in which mods make what kind of difference in the sound. Schu
Now would be the time for a horn upgrade...
