I expect the way klipsch packed them would be good. Put the speakers in a plastic bag then boxes and keep them off the floor. I have kp301s and MWMs in an unheated garage where winter temps can drop below 0 F. They are clamped to the ceiling and I normally don't fire them up if its really cold.

You'd better share for goodness sake

Cover with smoked glass and don't worry about it.

That's what you get for living in the snowbelt. Out in SW Medina county I've only had to plow once in the last 3 years.

Never cared for a phantom center once I got a 5th speaker. I did run LS mains and a forte center for a bit until Belles showed up.
-
For HT I don't see a problem. The center carries 90% of a movie.

The kp260 likely has a titanium mid diaphragm to reach 15k.

The k55 and k55m arent the same as the others mentioned and uses different diaphragms. -
I don't think they are authentic klipsch cabs. My furry kp 2002 are plywood. If these were originally covered in felt then the baffles would be painted black and not left raw.

I was referring to Edgar Rice Burroughs, A Princess of Mars and its sequels

I got the opportunity to put some optics on the red planet last night. By 9pm it was high enough in the sky that the distortion caused by the atmosphere was brought down to acceptable levels for being only at 1000 feet above sea level. The scope is an Orion 203 x 1200 coupled with a 26mm eye price. Mars was quite bright. Hoping to catch a glimpse of one of its two moons they remained hidden. After adding a polarized filter one side of mars appeared brighter than the other. Was the brighter side the frozen north of mars as told by Edgar Rice Burroughs in the martian chronicles?

About 5 years ago I picked up Australian walnut H3s NIB for $1450. I didn't need them but it was too good of a deal to pass up. -
I use a variac when I need to feel the tingle.
-
For the guys who like to stick 9v batteries to their tounge could try one of those 12v wall warts.

I completely agree with the above. In 1988 I bought forte loud speakers on the advice of a fellow named of Ken. I didn't even have a stereo yet. Ken had a new pair of 601s powered by a carver m400. So at the barracks we did a comparison between the two speakers. Well there was no compsrison, the forte out performed the Bose in every aspect. Highs lows, Clairity, SPLs, dynamics.......
