K5SS
The newest Hercules. Had serious potential but the lion scene totally ruined it for me. Tomorrow I plan on watching the new Star Trek, Into Darkness. I have high hopes, I loved the first one.

Rowan611
The newest Hercules. Had serious potential but the lion scene totally ruined it for me. Tomorrow I plan on watching the new Star Trek, Into Darkness. I have high hopes, I loved the first one. The 2nd one is awesome. I've been putting off any movie watching until the THT is done - luckily I'm close. Just need to paint and get her downstairs. Then I'll fire up Salvation, Tron, Avatar, and Olympus has Fallen and Cloverfield. The last movie I did watch was The Matrix. Forgot how much I liked the first one. ChuckAb3
American Hustle. It's not brand new (2013) and not big on the effects, but it's a fine movie. Well acted and highly entertaining.
derrickdj1
Noah comes out the end of the month. It has some big special effects at the movies. I hop the BD does not dissaponit.
sunburnwilly
Under The Skin Dark and creepy as hell . It's a bit slow and odd so you have to be in the mood for it . Read the reviews . Oh yeah , Scarlett Johansson goes full frontal nude . So there's that .
tromprof
Re-watched this last. night. Fine performances by Judi Dench and Cate Blanchett, excellent music score by Philip Glass.

derrickdj1
Divergent- A decent fantasy, SiFi film but not a blockbuster. This one get's 3.25-3.5 stars out of five. This movie is not one for LFE lovers. Edited August 13, 2014 by derrickdj1

MichaelandKlipsch
Just watched shadow recruit ... Meh. Nothing like the far superior hunt for Ted October, patriot games, and clear and present danger. I even liked sum of all fears ok.

Not bad but I doubt I'd watch it again.I thought this was one of nic cages better performances but I agree it doesn't warrant a second viewing. derrickdj1
The Amazing Spiderman 2 - This second film in this series has some good cinematography mixed with some humor and only OK sound effect. It is worth a rental. This is not in the same league as Avengers and the 2 Thor movie but, Spiderman is different kind of hero.
